- THIS IS THE JEWISH SPIRIT.
A few months ago I met the powerful and beautiful @noambd. Noam was shot by Hamas jihadists at the Nova festival and lost her boyfriend David and many of her close friends. When Hamas attacked the music festival Noam hid in a trash bin with 15 of her friends. Only three of them survived.
Noam hid underneath a pile of bloodied bodies until she was saved by the IDF.
I met Noam at a rehabilitation center. She was in a wheelchair as she told me her story and at the end she promised me that “we will dance again”. I was floored by her authenticity, strength and resiliency. I told her right there and then, that she will get better and we will go dancing.
And so we did.
THIS is the Jewish spirit. This is the source of our resiliency. Diamonds are created under pressure. And throughout history, periodically, the Jews have been under tremendous pressure. As we are now. It is extremely difficult to be a Jew these days. But here we are. Dancing again.

Hamas did not allow Palestinians to dance with infidels and they threw all the LGBTQ's out of buildings. For years Hamas had brain washed the Palestinians from the time they are born. As much as I support and cherish Israel and her people, and I don't condone terrorism in any form, I've noticed things that occurred at this festival which perhaps are the reason for why Hashem Adonai allowed it to happen. Israel is God's primary chosen nation, and therefore, they MUST adhere to the strictest standards of righteousness as they are under covenant with their Most High loving Creator.
At this festival there was HIGHLY ungodly behavior being practiced and false idol worship as well as celebration of homosexuality from the looks of this video. These are ABOMINATIONS in the sight of the Lord. This gave the devil an open door to attack them, and he took it. God has made this CLEAR to His people throughout time. He will not be mocked. Despite the atrocities of what occurred, God's grace was quite evident as well as it was told by Israel's army that it could have VERY easily been MUCH worse. I've also noticed and seen many who have escaped this festival by Hashem's sovereign grace just before it got real bad. God is NOT unjust and He allows certain things -- always for a reason. Even if one does not fully understand why. There are ALWAYS consequences to breaking God's laws.
Praying for the peace of Jerusalem always and praying for the people of Israel to accept their only Messiah, Jesus Christ of Nazareth Who has risen (2000 years ago) and is alive and well. He loves them beyond measure. May they come to know Him as their true Messiah.
