I did it tightly I think if you did it gently it would vibrat lose over time. I'm not a professional so if you feel uncomfortable with my answer you can ask someone else. I hope I did help though.
My car started to shake when driving. Like when your tire is out of balance. I 1st started with the tire balance then next I tried changing all the mounts. And changing it fixed tue problem.

I changed both motor mounts and tue transmission mount.
