I'm pretty certain the right turn after departure from runway 23R or 23L is to avoid the housing estate that's in the flightpath below because of noise abatement
Another addition, I believe this whole aircraft itself is to be decommissioned end of this month, this was its last flight of its last full year in service, thx for filming it lol
Additional information: Ls917, 757-200 in the .com livery this was also the pilots second to last flight before his retirement

Yep it hurts to see it's soul crushing, but the 757s time has almost reached their ends😔
