Yeah ive been following his comedy for years and he says it himself he has issues that probably stems from his rough old school upbringing. To me it makes you realize the cause of your problems and for a lot of people those problems are related to childhood trauma that in an adult context usually seems like not a big deal at all. Some people have had horrific things happen to them as kids sure but most don’t, it’s only because it happened when you were a kid that it seems so huge and traumatic.

They can help dramatically with PTSD from your childhood.
To me it makes you realize the cause of your problems and for a lot of people those problems are related to childhood trauma that in an adult context usually seems like not a big deal at all. Some people have had horrific things happen to them as kids sure but most don’t, it’s only because it happened when you were a kid that it seems so huge and traumatic.
