I've, through experience with CBSRMT radio plays, that any story with a creepy, Victorian house 4 the show's picture, is usually a pretty good ghost story, or so it'd seem.

Most excellent tale. At 11:19, we first hear the whistling of Yankee Doodle Dandy, followed by a description of a head hanging sadly to one side in an old oak tree. It isn’t too much to think how today there are some heads whistling Yankee Doodle Dandy today, 12/19/23 and just as was the head in the tree, there is nothing else. We all must reunite the head and body to save our great nation!
