  • Allison Williams is best-known as ‘Marnie’ in HBO's critically acclaimed television series, "Girls," embarking on its fourth season.
Williams was recently seen in the title role of the NBC live action event, Peter Pan Live, which aired Dec 4. While she may have found success quickly, Williams has been honing her craft for years. She has been involved in theater since an early age, and while at Yale she refined her improv skills as a member of the improvisational comedy group, Just Add Water. She graduated with a BA in English, and is trained in acting and singing.

i don’t think there’s anything as deeply filling and inspiring to me as watching these two friends - Allison Williams, my favorite person full stop, and Seth Meyers, one of the very few men i know who would say that he loves intelligent women, and actually truly does, instead of feeling threatened by and hating them - just shoot the shit and enjoy each other to the fullest.
Seth is someone who is normally so anxious and tense because he’s generally in the company of people he needs to stop himself from running circles around, and Allison is someone who thinks incisively but does not let that prevent her from being kind and generous to her immediate company.
i can’t really explain the connection i feel to her. the immense burden of social equity. the regular meditation on collectivism and it being our saving grace. the urgent questioning of every institution, its historical significance, and its role in the global distribution of power and knowledge. it’s very much like we are the same person, in different bodies.

-+she's pretty, and her acting is acceptable. But on that show she brings nothing. Lena Dunham may not be your cup of tea, but she's bold and creative with her casting. But in that light, Allison Williams is Marilyn Munster.

With her casting? Yes...but her acting is fucking trash.

I love this woman but she needs to put back on some weight. She is so beautiful as a not skinny female. I hope she is ok and not slim for a problem.

"I love this woman but she needs to lose some weight. She is so beautiful but not as a fat female. I hope she is ok and not fat for a problem."
      This is a rude comment.
