He got drafted by the right team.
    Only issue is the K%.
Westburg had similar issues in AA, and the O's fixed them.
Per J.Calls of MLB, if O's can turn his BA into league average,
O's will get a 30/30player, with Gold Glove defense in CF.
He could potentially be a homerun , like Gunnar.

Man this guy is the very definition of a five tool player, if they can get his whiff rate a bit more manageable he seems like he has superstar written all over him. What a pick for #22.

I couldn’t find any clips of his stolen bases, but he’s very fast. Look at his profile on mlb.com

Power, Speed, Defense. Love it. I trust our minor league system to help him with that whiff % to get that K% down

I'll be honest I'm pretty set on Bradfield being the replacement for Mullins. We already have a surplus of Bats and not enough arms. Why no pitching? Did we draft him just to trade him if he does become good?

I agree with you but from what I am seeing we may move Bradfield at the deadline 🤷🏻‍♂️🇺🇲

We will see. Both need to improve their general hitting and contact ability. I think Honeycutt has a little more upside though

@@user-rv8el8xz6rI have seen absolutely no mention of this and I follow the team daily. Do you have sources?

Maybe I’m crazy, but I feel like drafting BPA is generally best in the draft. Can always trade these guys at surplus positions later for positions of need. For example: Ortiz and Hall for Burns. Ortiz was a really good infielder but was never going to see play with the logjam of good infielders that we have. So we flipped him + Hall for a Cy-Young candidate on the last year of his deal.

@xlmacro8754 Yes, true and orioles have drafted many pitchers and watched it not work out. However, when trading for a talented pitcher we will always be in the same situation for how we acquired Burnes. Give away high ceiling guys for 1 year of an ace then we either let him go or we drop the bag on him. Meanwhile Milwaukee has their everyday 3rd basemen for a few years to come.

Such a stud , he carried Carolina on his back if they would of had better hitters they could of definitely won it all
