Hey thanks so much! And yah, that's literally how my son and I got started on the channel; we were always tooling around and doing fun stuff stuff and he said you know dad, we oughta do videos... THAT was about 9 years ago. It took a while for me to listen lol. We really do have a great time and I am super stoked to have you along for the ride my friend.
Thank you and thanks so much for watching! I absolutely love the fit-and-finish on this rifle, it's a work of art. Well worth the several-month wait I had to endure to get this thing special-ordered in back when I bought it. I really wanted to get into the European style rather than the CZ American that has more of a Monte Carlo stock and does not have the full-length stock but rather the exposed barrel. This is the only CZ that I own and maybe it's just me but for whatever reason I've always gotten better accuracy from my Savages and Remington rimfires. I'd be interested in finding out how others have fared when shooting a rimfire with this European mannlicher style full front stock. I've always wondered if that contributed a little to the accuracy not that this is an inaccurate rifle at all I've just had some rimfires like my cheap little Savage Mark II that will absolutely stack bullets.
Nice shooting guys - good to see another video posted. I've only held the CZ PCR, but CZ appears to be a very well-crafted firearm !! Does the Mannlicher stock contribute to the stability/accuracy of the rifle, or is it just a design feature ??
as I see it, it is more of a design feature. It is REALLY well balanced and comfortable in hand, which is where I think this style of stack comes into its own. In my opinion, the Mannlicher style stocks may even be slightly less accurate due to the wood riding along the barrel as it does. This rifle is definitely still "minute of squirrel" out to 100 yards though .I absolutely love the unique feel of this rifle. Thanks so much for watching and for the comments. Take care my friend.
