Awesome man. All looks a lot neater in the new room. I've often turned my nose up at a lot of fish, to then find myself in love with them a year later. Great watch. Thanks for the hard work on this one 😊
Blake I so remember how much I've always loved your videos and your garage Fish Room you started in!! Your new fish room is phenomenal!! It's like a gallery now. You have done a beautiful job, all of your fish and breeding projects!! Thank you so much for the tour!! I hope you and your family are having a wonderful day!!🙏🌿🐟🌿💚🥰
Blake this video was absolutely fantastic. Can really appreciate the effort and time you took to make this! Tanks are looking really nice and the fish room is looking amazing. Great video 🥳
The new fish room setup looks awesome, as do all of its inhabitants! It must be so rewarding for you to be able to sit back and enjoy all of your hard work. Great video Blake!
Fantastic video. Great to see all your tanks and all the different species you're keeping. All look very healthy and is a credit to your dedication. Thanks for sharing Blake 🙂
Blake your fishroom is super awesome to say the least! It certainly looks like you are enjoying your new home🙂 you are well represented here is the states, congratulations on a fantastic job in your fishroom mate! Looking forward to every video🙂👍🏻
Hey mate sure, its one of or a mixture of master soil, fluval stratum or ada amazonia. Maybe some gravel, i just keep a bucket of all my old substrates and mix it up
There's a slight confusion with the peruvian altum angels, the so called peruvian altum angels are in fact rio nanay angels and they don't show any red on their backs, they have a small black line that is situated underneath the dorsal fin in between the wide black lines that go from top to bottom and they show a honey coluring with blue hints, the manacapuru is a different species that does show red on the back.
Absolutely, root tabs for swords, crypts etc, liquid ferts once a week and with water changes. Yeah it has been done, it will eventually all mix through though
great video blake is there any way or some where i could get your STL file for the 3D printed egg collection box just something i would like to give a go cheers
I sold you some blue bolts a while ago. I would recommend to keep them on ro with a tds of 120. I've tried everything else and ro water is the way to go
Even if you buy ro, it may be cheaper for your needs as its only a small tank. Keep in mind that many units you see for around the 500 mark will give you 1 litre of water with 3-4L worth of waste water.
@@BlakesAquatics They're Mountain Galaxias (Galaxias olidus) and need cold water, which is why they aren't doing so well. Galaxias maculatus are covered in spots.
Two masterpieces right there; the fish room you've built and the video you made to show it to us. Loved every minute mate.
I'm sure I'm not alone in saying I'm living vicariously through you

Great to hear 👌
Amazing. your fish room would make anyone jealous 😀 keep up the great work
Amazing 🤩
I really like your 3d printed egg catcher. I don't have a printer, so I think I might build one with clear plexiglass and silicon.
I sell them on etsy if you prefer thag
awesome. been waiting for this vid. New fishroom looks amazing mate. congrats again on the new place.
Thanks RT 👌
Amazing video mate🤙 All the tanks are looking stunning and you’ve managed to get some really beautiful footage of the fish👌 ✌️❤️
🙌 thanks mate ✌❤
Great video! I'm always interested in what the pros like to keep
Pros 🤣 too kind
Incredible ❤️
Thanks 🙌
Celestial pearl danios I am yet to see in shops. They are very expensive.
Great Vid Blake! Would you be able to share what soil is in those pot plants you have in your tank
Hey mate sure, its one of or a mixture of master soil, fluval stratum or ada amazonia. Maybe some gravel, i just keep a bucket of all my old substrates and mix it up
Amazing video mate! Do you sell the fish you breed?
Usually I sell to fish stores these days but yeah I occasionally sell and ship fish.

Hi Paul, yes I shouldnt call them Peruvian Altums because that does typically refer to Rio Nanay. I just find it easier to remember. Cheers
Hi Blake,
Really enjoyed your fishroom tour, would love to have something like that. Do you sell the device you use for breeding your CPD's
Hi Frank, not the new one just because it isnt really an efficient thing to produce in mass quantities. Im still thinking of a way to be able to do it
I wish I understood how to care for that many tanks, I seem to have my hands full with 4.
A few simple tweaks can help, biggest one is doing away with buckets
Do you use fertilizer in your tanks for the plants? Do you think I can cap my tropica soil with a thick sand bed?
Absolutely, root tabs for swords, crypts etc, liquid ferts once a week and with water changes.
Yeah it has been done, it will eventually all mix through though
great video blake is there any way or some where i could get your STL file for the 3D printed egg collection box just something i would like to give a go cheers
Sure mate DM me on fb instagram or discord
What are the red food discs in the rasbora tanks?
Hey mate they are bioscape fd tabs 👍
With the blue bolts are you keeping them on ro water or tap?
Rain water 🤷♂️
I sold you some blue bolts a while ago. I would recommend to keep them on ro with a tds of 120. I've tried everything else and ro water is the way to go
@@PVTT999 ok i will look into an ro unit

@@PVTT999 yeah true. The rainwater is only 9 tds so i thought itd be ok, i then use salty shrimp to bring it up
Where are your Pseudomugils?
No luck 😓 they only live for 2 years and these past 2 summers have been unusually cold so no fry even in the ponds
Those look like ornate galaxias not common galaxias.
Thank you, im definitely still learning when it comes to those

@@moartanks thanks, moved them outside to a pond immediately after the vid and theyre doing much better thanks for the advice
51 aquariums???? Is this a fish store?
Nah just the ultimate man cave
@@BlakesAquatics Your a lucky man… I’m up to 4 and my wife gets on my ass for the $ and time I spend on them. Maybe I need to make a CZcams Chanel.
