Wish you could get a red 14 pro. Why don’t the pro models get red?
I upgraded from 11 pro max and currently have the red iPhone 14 plus. It’s an upgrade for me. I honestly didn’t want to spend over a 1K for an iPhone. I’ve had my phone for a little over 2 months and glad I made the choice.
Went from XR to 14 plus. Will keep it for as many years as possible. What care about most is screen size and battery life. Got both with this

Coming from an iPhone 11 w horrible speakers cracks and not being able to talk on the phone without headphones I gotta say this phone is amazing. I just got this same exact phone yesterday same color and everything and I’ve never been this happy for having a new phone, i have the volume below half way because it’s so loud and the battery life is amazing. I was gonna get the top of the line iPhone but I could care less for the camera and for the price of this one and the way the red pops you can’t beat it. Great phone

My mom is trading in her iPhone XR for the 14 Plus. She couldn’t tell the difference between the display on my XS Max and her XR when she got it, other than the size. She won’t miss out on the 120 hz display.
She’s older, not super tech savvy, wants a newer and bigger iPhone without the bigger price tag. I think the iPhone 14 Plus will be a nice upgrade for a lot of people.

Cherry red from the 13 series looks the best.. and somehow feels more premium. Lighter shades pop more and give a 5c vibe.
I see it more as a “blood red” and it was also one of my favorite colors, but the new 14 red is also growing on me!

I find it ideal that you should upgrade your smartphone after 8 years after you bought it. So let’s say you bought an iPhone 1 way back in 2007 then after approximately 8 years you can then upgrade to an iPhone 6s Plus buying that in 2015. Then after another 8 years you can then purchase iPhone 15 Ultra in 2023. iPhone 1 to iPhone 6s Plus and to iPhone 15 Ultra. It’s ideal this way so you don’t have to keep upgrading each and every single year. You only upgrade once in awhile and no need to waste money each year buying a new smartphone. I stick to upgrading once after each 8 years it passes.

Nick, Enjoyed your two videos on the iPhone 14 Plus. I originally ordered a iPhone 14 Pro Max but Verizon for some reason cancelled my backorder. I decided to go with the 14 plus because I do not take that many photos and while I enjoy Apple products, I didn't see a need for the bells and whistles. With the Verizon promo, The 14 plus is costing me $2.77 per month for 36 months. I traded in my iPhone 12. I'll let you know how I like it.
Very interested to see how this compares to the 8 plus. I’ve had my 8 plus since launch back in 2017 and it’s been a great phone. I ended up switching it to a secondary phone once I got my note 20 ultra a couple years ago but for it’s age it’s still performing very well.

Just upgraded to a green 13 PM from 11 pro, and the 120 HZ is definitely a game changer imo extremely hard to go back

The 14+ is definitely a great value especially for someone who has a regular 10/11/12. They can upgrade and get a bigger screen and more of a premium device. AT&T currently offers this phone for $5 a mo and a doesn’t require a trade. I’ve been selling the +’s like hot cakes. Big selling point is its lighter than the pro model which makes carrying it much better than the pro max.
I just got the iPhone 14 Product Red last Friday (up graded from blue iPhone 12) and I loveeee the red on this iPhone. My first ever red iPhone lol.
My iPhone 14+ midnight arrived today, it has a blue ‘tint’ to it, I upgraded from the iPhone XR and am loving the bigger screen size, can’t wait to test out the battery life and cameras 👍
I just made the same upgrade and am loving it so far! I can tell the battery on this thing is so much better and I’ve been using it all day.

@@Ottolineification I’d say definitely get the 14 plus. Yes the 13 pro max has 3 cameras but you will not care about that. All around the 14 plus is a faster, more solid device that will last a big bit longer with the battery life

I think it’s great buddy but, for what it is, it’s too expensive I would just buy a 13 pro You can find then on the internet for about the same price as the 14 plus! 📲

Just upgraded from iPhone 12(256) to iPhone 14+ (512) . this will be my first product red purchase and I went with red because as you stated in the video the red really pops. More like a true red. I’m not a pro user as much as I’d love to be. I was going to wait til next year, but the bigger size phone caught my attention . Not to mention I need more storage and from what I’ve seen on Apple’s site and the keynote the 14+ has the better battery life out of the four 14’s . Just like everyone I need as much battery life as possible. It’s a solid option for sure

The awesome camera and dynamic island doesn’t justify 100$ extra for me, I literally hardly use my camera at all to begin with and that leaves just the cool dynamic island, is that worth 100$? I’m not sure .

Media streaming is done on my iPad and most internet browsing or safari usage is done on my Mac. I suppose I’m just backing the CZcamsr that the 14+ is not a bad option. Yes, 90% of iPhone user always go for the biggest and best phone, but I wonder what percentage of them actually utilize all those features and specs ? Its that small margin of Pro users that actually benefit from those features, but at the same time Apple only gives you all juuust enough of the “pro” specs to quench your thirst because we know that Apple isn’t really targeting that small percentage of consumers who are legitimately pro users to begin with.

As you say Nick, it depends where you're coming from. The 14 plus is a big upgrade from say the 10 series, but not from the 13 series.
I sold my S21 ultra and went to an iPhone 13. Initially, it took a day or two to get used to the 60hz screen, but I don’t even notice it now. I also don’t think that the pro cameras are that pro. The S21 ultra had an incredible camera system that I miss sometimes and Apple really need to step their game up. Keen as a bean for the 14 plus.

I got the iphone 14 not the 14 plus for the size since I’ve used nothing but phones with screens over 6.5 inches the last few years and at work they tend to get in the way so i downsized to the iphone 14 for the smaller form factor
Definitely my back up option if I can’t get a 14 pro Earliest I can get one is January the 10th from Apple and go sim only. No idea when EE in the uk will have the pro models.
Might just pick up the plus to replace my poor battery life 12 pro and wait for the 15 or 16 pro.

IPhone makes the best smoothest experience so to me it makes no difference. I have seen how clumsy 120 hertz is on many androids glitches n slow animations n lags all over 😂 we would like to see day in the life of iphone 14 plus thank you for asking....
Agree with you Nick, everyone has their own preferences; go 14 Plus if you don’t want to spend £250/$200 extra, want big screen, big battery, don’t like the Island.
If you want to go Pro / Pro Max, spend £250/€200 extra if you want to experience the new cameras (48MP), the Island (which may be on the next iPhones).
The truth is, you won’t be able to tell much difference between both the 14 Plus & the Pro lineup.
It's the cost to upgrade to 128. As these phones start at 64. Once you start with 128 in the Plus series. You're only $100.00 difference in the getting the Pro...

I’m upgrading from the IPhone 8 so it’s definitely going to be a major upgrade especially battery wise. After five years my iPhone 8’s battery life is terrible and only lasts a few hours to half the day.

I’m a red phone lover too (owned every one since 7+ bar the 11 as had XS Max). Even though I’ve got 13 Pro Max this tempts me due to the big difference in weight! Plus I watch a lot of 2:1 video so not keep on the dynamic island. Like you I think they’ll sell a lot on walk in and in carrier stores due to cost per month via Pro Max.

@@ACZcamsChannelwithNoName not car though last one was red (I don’t think seat did ours in red or there was a 6 month wait) but yes to everything else including iMac and red skins on all my MacBooks! Not the watch though as on series 5 but with red band. I think it comes from my soccer team Manchester United and the Ferrari my uncle had. I also like that some funds go to product red from each purchase.

Well, if you want an extra camera, and 120 Hz refresh rate get the 13 promax.
Tbh I think the 13PM is worth it. I upgraded from 11PM to 13PM I’m obsessed with this phone. But it’s all down to how much you want to pay and if you care about the little extra specs that come with the 13PM

For me, I don't think so. 12PM has telephoto lens and LIDAR SCANNER on the back.Ofc it has a15 bionic but still if you want to upgrade, it's better to buy 14pm or wait for 15pm or 16pm to come later😉

I have an iPhone XR and I’m looking into the iPhone 14 Plus or the iPhone 14 and also debating with 128gb or 256gb since I have an iPhone XR 128gb and still have 36.5gb free storage since I also have 200gb of iCloud storage 😅 16,000+photos and videos on iCloud 😅, I don't care about the 120hz or the Pro Res pictures/videos since i'm not a professional photographer/videographer as long as it records a video witb dolby vision and Cinematic Mode 4k 30fps and the action mode
