    I want to know each and very manufacturing process and methodology of laying with mortar?Will the join provide sufficient strenght even it's hallow part is not fill by motor?

    No mortar between blocks? Air infiltration will occur eventually even if you plaster it.

      I too thought the same and was wondering if the strength of the bond between bricks would be significantly less...just a thought 🤔

      Hi Fintan. The Porotherm system only requires a 1mm mortar joint. The mortar is a mixture of cement and polymers so acts in a similar way to an adhesive rather than a traditional mortar.

    NHBC would never approve this in the UK or private warranty.. Never seen it done looks weak as piss
