Not sure you're going to see this but I just want to say it has been excellent to see the quality and content of your videos improve since I've started watching you. It doesn't surprise me that you had an interview with a professional club to become a scout as out of all of the online content creators, I find that on a football level your videos are the most well thought out. I hope you are successful with getting a job in the professional game as the effort you put into honing your craft really shows through your videos.

Realistically he isnt going to challenge anyone in the first few years, he need to learn the league and players. His style need tweaking to adopt to suit premier League.

But one thing I was thinking Geetruda is also good physically and also bit pacy and can also play in a defensive shape too like he can play defensive midfielder, a wing back and a center back. May be moving Trent to midfield and signing another wing back is better otherwise there will be lot of responsibility on the right sided center back In my opinion but yeah every manager has a effect on a player
He’s even more of a shout because Geertruida is also very versatile. Has played Left Back as well as CB and DM this season.
Moving Trent to midfield could also give Conor Bradley more game time!

Couldn't agree more! Been watching him nearly 2 years (obviously not week in and week out). His game against England was very impressive because his 1st half was really bad lol Saka and Englands right side were hurting. But he showed great mental traits to keep going and had a really solid 2nd half. Once he won one duel, it was like he suddenly got up to speed.
Many players would hide after that 1st half
@@RDFTactics yeah totally, I think in a year or two he will be one the best defenders in Europe, one of those who blooms in their early/mid 20's. He is solid physically, just needs to become more tactically aware and become more focussed. That was the one take away I had from watching him in a couple of games for Salzburg he doesn't shy away and doesn't dwell on mistakes.

I mentioned it in the video - but short story, just under 2 months ago, a club interviewed me to be a scout. I didn't get the job, but the Chief Scout told me I have the ability and potential to have a career in scouting, and sent me on a course to do. For around 2 months, I've relentlessly been watching football, educating myself and improving - hopefully, I can take some stuff I learnt and put them in videos like this one
