    I seen a post a few years ago that someone seen a snake at lomond shores but by the time they had reported it, it was already in the water and away. Definitely a big retic or boa that someone has let go out there

      We always release all those perch for a good reason , we make them grow big . We would not like to hurt any . We also have Sea trout at sea , mackerel and all sorts of fish .

    Great fishing and weather typical Scottish summer. The snake must have been alive to shed its skin. Hopefully, you never catch it Nico!

      They'd have to leave the nice cosy office at duncan mills to do something about it, no chance of that.

    • @derekmay8679
      @derekmay8679 Před 28 dny +2

      A deep dry burrow and a deep sleep in winter ....gives it a very slim chance....To have she'd its skin it would be in a reasonably healthy state at that point...But I'm no expert...But that has definitely got me intrigued...

    • @discovering_scotland
      @discovering_scotland Před 28 dny +2

      @@derekmay8679 yeah I've got a Boa myself so the shed made me think the same thing it would have been reasonably healthy to shed well but it won't last. A Deep burrow maybe but it will more than likely perish if it's a big snake they need really high heat that even our summers don't consistently produce

      @@discovering_scotland Shame it will probably pass...But it's not meant to be there ...Nature has always adapted though lol and I suppose there is a very slim chance it does make it....

      @@derekmay8679 aye definitely for the better if it dies as the damage it will do to native species would be unreal but a shame for the animal. They are real escape artists so maybe just got loose
