Just my personal opinion: The early Build non-MS types kits (rinko/fumina/gyanko) feels a bit jank. I think Bandai was still experimenting on some new stuff.
The latter Build sequels non-MS and non Fig-Rise Standard kit (Sarah/May) improved by leaps since it copies some of Fig-Rise Standard tech.

Build fighters / divers really needed more MG releases. We got amazing HG but even the best of them had annoyances just due to the size and grade of the kits.
Build is aimed at little kids to begin with so you won't see a lot of MGs. Especially now that we went down to having 0 to 1 new MG kits a year.
Usually older generation are into MGs, but they are less likely to go with a colorful HG aimed at a child because it's basically Pokemon but with robots.
Most Build designs make me cringe to be honest.
Not only that, but it also makes me uncomfortable - the whole idea of taking a machine used for killing people and something which is associated with a specific character you know and like, then swap some parts and colors on it, and made a kid play and fight with it like it's some stupid videogame or something. Which feels like making fun of the original pilot/character and dishonoring it.
It's like putting your favorite character in Fortnite, which will make you want to go wash your eyes with soap and forget about it ever being your favorite.
I got the Kampfer Amazing just because it's only slightly different but still looking great. But that Feniche green thing is one of the ugliest pieces of plastic I've ever seen and it's kinda offensive to Wing fans.
@@HaohmaruHL that sounds like a you problem. other then maybe a bearguy or momokapool I don’t think anyone would complain about getting a MG tryon 3 or any of the other MC kits in MG.
If anything build was and Is a great gateway series for new or returning fans plus it can give more creative ideas to use for kitbashing then just painting a kit to look the same.

Why no sengoku Astray
I love the original Wing Fenice. I like the asymmetry and rugged look of the kit, and in the anime, it made sense as Fellini had that kit ever since he was a kid.
Would love to see Bandai do a Real Grade of the Fenice, especially since the original Wing Gundam has an RG.
Totally agree with the number 1 pick. I love the Fenice.

Gundam Build Fighters Try was my favorite Build Series just because the Main Character actually does the fighting from start to finish, while the first Build Fighters does the Model Kit Making
and there's also Domon Kashu made appearance 🥶
So the Star Build Stike is super important to me. In general, it’s one of my favorite designs, but it’s also the first Gundam I built! I watched the first season of Seed and fell in love with the Strike and Aegis! I liked how it looked so much that I watched the first season of BF and had to get myself a model. I hope they eventually reprint the MG universe booster because I’ve been waiting for almost 5 years now😢 it also had a killer soundtrack! And the fight between the Amazing Zaku, and Fenice vs the Strike are still my favorite fights in Gundam Media!

I love my MG Build Strike Full Package. Such a great take on a classic design
Seems like that kit is the Build series kit that aged the best
I had a few issues with mine. The leg pieces don't fit correctly and the shield adapter broke because they messed up the molding on it.
Planning on getting it as my first MG!

This series got me into Gunpla. I built the Kampfer Amazing as my first ever kit, and I have been sitting on the Zaku Amazing for about 7 years and I didn't want to build it since it was out of print. Maybe now I can finally get a second copy of it to have as a back up.
The fenice and the second version of it I did pre order on hopylink Japan my favorite wing suit design
Build Fighters season 1 brought me back into Gundam. I'm still upset that we never got a proper season 2. I still have my GM Sniper K9 that I need to build along with the Dog Pack. That might be my favorite kit along with the Amazing Red Warrior and Star Build Strike Plavsky Wing.

Gouf R35, Sengoku Astray, Crossbone Maoh, Kampfer Amazing, Star Build Strike. GM Sniper K9 is up there, but not quite.
The GM Sniper2 K9 was and is my favorite till this day. Still have my display of my 3 as a unit for U.C. display. Put my 4 GM Spartans right next to them. The extra parts that allowed me customize right out of the box. The armor was just like the manga panels on the white dingo team. Y’all know the ones. The 1/144 scale figures included. The weapon options(beam and physical). The duel pistols especially with holsters and that dagger. Still a badass spec ops looking grunt suit. Never cared for build fighters but man this one fit right into the U.C. timeline.

Kampfer Amazing, Build MK2, Amazing Exia, and the Renicita are some of my favorite.

I love the gm sniper k9 and kitbashing the shoulders with the 00 command qant just makes it even cooler
I still want to get exia dark matter tho (dont worry i plan to fix those darn waist joints)
build strike full package will always be a classic. what i really want to build from this line is that gm sniper k9 thing.
Oh man! My top 3 are Wing Fenice, Kampfer Amazing, and Build Strike! So great!
I just want a pile of the Ez-Sr Gundams. I love that kit and the regular fenice
The actual original builders series was the Gundam builders beginning G, it would be great if you do a review on that shows kits since it has some original designs.
I personally love Gundam X Maoh. The design, accessories, and gimmicks are perfect.
It’s nice! Similar to the Build Mk-II in that it sticks pretty close to the original design with some cool subtle changes
especially the Beam Cannon and the big beam blade thing

The build fighter did get me back into gundam 6 years ago binge watching the whole build series plus being an 3rd Generation Italian American the Fenice colors scheme represents Italy well & come on with a name like Ricardo Fellini too 🤌🏼🇮🇹
Just picked up a Qubeley Papillon and an RG Build Strike after re-watching Build Fighters with someone who hadn't seen it before. Definitely need to pick up a Miss Sazabi and Rinascita.
This is the series that helped get my partner into Gundam and got me back into Gunpla, so it's really important to me. Thanks for this pleasant vid!
I’ve never seen the Kampher and the Miss Saz. Those 2 are cool!
It's the show that actually got me into gunpla 10 years ago. I've watched a bunch of series prior to that but didn't really get me into the hobby, until I saw different MS's from different series getting customized and brawling it out. As an artist, the customization factor made me want to make mine as well.
And yeah, my favourite from the first series is still the crossbone x maoh. The 4 beam saber and skull chest are just awesome.
Yep. I’ve got 2 versions of my “signature” kit. I watched the old dubs as a kid but build fighters was my first official Gundam anime.

This series brought me back to gunpla and inspired my first kitbash.
If I could have Build series model reprinted I'd have to go older and say I need the Super Custom Zaku F2000. Beginning G is pretty much wholly forgotten and the kits are extremely expencive when you can find them on the market these days.
My top five favorite for Gundam Build Fighters are: #1) Wing Gundam Fenice Rinascita #2) Gouf R35 #3) Build Gundam MKII #4) Crossbone X Maoh #5) Miss Sazabi.
The ones I want Bandai to reprint are my number 2 and 4 pick because I love their designs and I am a huge fan of the MS-07 Gouf.
1.Tryon III was my fave..Love the super robot aesthetic and gattai mode
2.Super Fumina was my first intro to mecha musume
3.Beargguy, my wife built this before i was into gunpla..😅

i really just hope all the build series kits get rereleased, especially the Gm K9, gouf and dom 35, leopard, and lighting.
Oh yea and the build custom add on kits, good ways to get extra accessories people actually want

Have not seen any HGBF in a while here. Last one I saw was the MG Fenice.
Still looking for Mobile Dolls from Divers that's retail price.
Build Fighters still on the top for me, at least for Gundam Spin Off. Idk why, but GBF writing is solid and take itself seriously while still a fun show despite a glorified ads for gunpla, Unlike the other build series going forward which feels like a kid show (i love Re-rise tho, it's pure awesomeness).
Heck, GBF writing-wise better than second half of AGE, S2 of IBO and S2 of WFM. They really put a solid ground rule and play it off really well. All the fights is well choreograph, the Felini fight is chefs kiss till today. And i adore all of the character. Shame i don't have any of the gunpla because when the show is airing I'm still 15.

I built only three Build Fighters kit
The Beargguy III and the two new EG
Plus i bought a Galaxy Booster to use it with the Strike Exceed Galaxy
My favorite one is the Strike Exceed Galaxy with or without the Galaxy Booster
But i love the Beargguy too and i will buy all the variants if i will find them
Out of all the Build Fighters kits I wanted that haven’t been reprinted

Thankfully the R-gyagya and the Fenice finally got reprinted recently so I finally got my hands on those, as for the rest in the line I wanted I got those slowly for retail over the years. Out of all of the HGs I still think my favorite might be the Kampher Amazing, there’s just something about the design that managed to make me like the Kampher and its variants when I previously hadn’t cared about the design before
The Crossbone Maoh was my Holy Grail of HGBF kit. It was simple but its concept is something Bandai really missed out in Build universe which is the fusion of 2 known concepts. And it also does not have the downside of horrendous stickers of the orginal HG Crossbone X1. The stickers it has are mostly for the satellite panels and most of the places the stickers were put on has the recess areas for the stickers to rest on neatly. 10 years later and my Crossbone Maoh still held on proudly on my shelf.
I got the amazing red warrior mg version today.

Sorry, there isn't 40 regular Build Fighter Try releases. Its last release (not including the Figure-rise Standard Fumina) is numbered in the forties but number 18 is the first kit for the series so around 25 kits.
I've been wanting to find a Crossbone Maoh for years
I still remember when the Build Fighters anime was announced and people call it "Beyblade but with Gunpla" lol.
lol like I said it had a bumpy start as far as fan response but Bandai stuck to it and good thing they did cause we got a lot better kits in Try!
Personaly I think that the Quebeley Papilion is the best Build Fighters Kit. I know it is based on a rather old kit in the HG Quebeley but it was the Kit I enjoyed to most from Build Fighters.
I actually got several friends into gunpla by showing them Build Fighters, it is such an earnest show/sincere in its love of the hobby. I WISH Bandai would be better about reprinting Fighters/Try kits, in the three(?) years I have been into the hobby there are a number of kits I have never seen in stock in the States, both full MS and the option/customizing parts for those MS. (Looking at you Miss Sazabi and all the Try backpacks)
RG Build Strike is a really great kit, I'm glad it got the HG->RG jump and is a beloved kit from a beloved show for me.

I think most or might be everyone would agree that Exia Dark Matter would be in their top 5 kits it's really unique and a lot more edgy design than the original counterpart and knowing they also make MG ver. of it says that it has some popularity in it I just hoped well get a RG ver aswell I mean most of Exia forms have been made into RG version already except for this one and R4 ver(which is would come definitely) yeah just hoping for it cauz it would be a huge banger on BANDAI's releases

I find it unique as a samurai themed Gundam.
This is the second time I hear a reviewer assume the metaverse series is still ongoing
It's just the 3 episodes, it's already done.
He is talking about the Gundam Build Metaverse Gunpla line is still ongoing as there are still kits that are going to be released until March
No.5 build strike full package/ nice and simple and easy to build
No.4 Kempfer Amazing/ a nice and cool looking model kit with a ass ton of weapons for hours of fun
No.3 Zaku Amazing/ very fun has great gimmicks built into it and good weapons
No.2 Cross bone Gundam Maoh/ very fun, amazing and really amazing Gimmicks could play with it for a whole lot of hours
No.1 Amazing Exia/dark amazing Exia Amazing colors built on the model kids great gimmicks though the only problem that I have with it is that it gets a little bit heavy on the torso area.
If I don't get my Leopard Da Vinci and Gouf R35 before 2025 I'm suing!

Amazing exia DM - i think the base kit itself looks okay, but the backpack is kinda too busy. didnt like the swords handguard design
crossbone maoh - is okay i guess. at least modding the chest skull away doesnt seem hard
kampfer amazing - downgrade. the weapon rack is okay but it doesnt fit kampfer aesthetic
miss sazabi - downgrade
fenice rinascita - very nice. this is what build redesigns should be more like, not too over the top nor looking too toyish. color scheme isnt the best but its okay
majority of the first build fighters design is a miss for me, but Try has a few nice designs. my pick would be

3. strike GN-X
4. Ninpulse gundam
5. scramble gundam

Zach limit the gunpla lineup up to the end of the series, that one is part of Build OVA
This list is exclusively for the TV series not the OVAs
Ova or not, the gm/gm might be one of the best HGs of all time and deserves mention

Honestly I'm not a fan of the Build/Diver/Battlelogue/Metaverse themed series. As in the story/anime/lore about them.
But for the kits, I do like a few of the Build series kits, like Miss Sazabi and Lightning Z, though I skipped the majority of the others 😅
Maybe I only like them because I like the original kits too because i have no interest in the original designs especially the recent ones from diver/battlelogue/metaverse. 🤣
