They call India the greatest democracy. This is the biggest furphy on earth. There is no freedom for the press, especially those who wish to call out wrong doings of the government. We have seen this over the last 10 years. I understand the press funding was threatened of funds for govt ads if they even as much as whisper against the govt. The UK is a real democracy. No hanky panky there. Rishi Sunak's party did no do well. The Brits got rid of them. Rishi Sunak was very gracious in the concession speech. There are no bribes or interference with voting machines. Unlike India where the ministers openly distribute cash to people who for the sake of Rs 500 or 1000 are prepared to sell their souls. Corruption in India will never end. It appears to be in the DNA of Indians unfornutely.

UK meddles with India’s internal matters. Not that it matter but certainly a distraction with the media covering their opinion extensively. Sometime they vote in their parliament on India’s issues.
