I believe fuel hog setting has both continuous & start/stop.
Can also do a pre trip on a loaded trailer that's been dropped. Picked up a loaded trailer one time and done a pre trip on the unit and there was a big issue that the other driver didn't catch
+Nertz Sometimes things happen while at shipper and im not saying the other driver should have not caught it. Just you want to be ready for whatever on it. Thank you and thanks for watching 👍

do the newer Carrier Reefers like the 7300 X4 or Vector 8500 have sleep or standby mode where it monitors the battery and motor temperature in winter conditions? The older Carriers around 2014 did but I cannot find it in the settings of the newer models.
What is different of driving when set to start/stop or continues ?
On continuous the engine will always run until it is turned off. On start/stop the engine will shut down when it is within the desired temperature range saving fuel. and start back up when the temp is out of range.
How can I unlock continuous mode
How do I override the alarm that says check refrigeration system

another question when training at prime do students in PSD and TNT drive a manual transmission
+Luis Sanchez Well Prime will eventually be all automatic but until then you will have to test in a MANUAL AND DOUBLE CLUTCH regardless of you training in an auto or manual. They have some manuals and mostly automatic trucks out here. After training you will most likely get an Automatic truck. Thank you and thanks for watching 👍

So if that doesn't change Prime's off the list. I really likes Prime's style of training. I'm kinda Pissed. Give me a call when you get a chance.

How can you tell if your reefer unit is working properly while you drive down the road ?
If you look in your driver side mirror while driving and you see the yellow reefer alarm light is on then you may have an issue with the reefer.
+James Burns that and it sometimes throws a message on the Qualcomm. 👍👍
+Terrance R look at your mirror and watch for the yellow light. If it comes on that means you have a problem and you have to pull over to check it out. Thank you and thanks for watching 👍

Im trying to change from stop/start to continouse and it shows that stop /star is locked how do i unlock it thanks
I was trying to set mine to -10 on this same kind of reefer but it won't go any lower.
Hi Junior Do you know if reefer has a minimum guarantee because when I talked to Bud in the Flatbed division he told me that flatbed guarantees 850 a week. If I get bored or local driving I might come to prime and if I do I would give them your info be safe Buddy.

I am not sure as far as flatbed goes but I thought it was $700 across all 3 divisions here at Prime. Junior Honduras my recruiter is bud pierce sometimes if I call his number over and over he will answer the phone i think I called about 30 times yesterday lol .ill just keep trying him I am supposedly a go we are trying to get my previous job to send over my work history but they want some sort of letter from prime with my signature saying it's ok to release it . but I enjoy your videos man keep making them :) thanks for all the great videos .

Junior compre un el reefer 7300 y cuando le pongo a una temperatura como 28' c kueda lakeado en continuos y no cambia a start stop,,como le ago para k lo pueda poner a start stop en cualqier temperature k yo desee?
