How to RUIN (or FIX) Your Life in FEDERAL PRISON

If you are reading this, there is a chance you may serve time in federal prison. This goal of this video is to help you understand the importance of making progress each day in federal prison--you should also document that progress.
Rather than obsess over being perfect or spending too much wondering about what other people think about your plans in and after prison, you must focus on bigger and more important tasks--like making daily, incremental progress.
Federal prison does not have to be a wasted experience. But your success will not happen by accident or by wishing. You will have to work and embrace some failure and discomfort along the way.
