Hi Erick, this is very good material. One question. Is recommend that the swat team for failure analysis must be specialized in the ERP, or is better they don't be influenced by the product knowledge and be more agnostic? Thanks in advance

Many times, the product selected is just wrong. An RFI was just checked off and the vendor was not challenged to produce a Proof of Concept of critical workflows, process, and outputs required. Other times, the Solution Integrator does not have specific industry knowledge required.

Hi Eric for erp project rely on erp vendor to propose system blueprint as per customer requirements without subject matter expert on customer side, How to manage those project? For rare or new ly erp system difficult to get subject matter expert. Tq
