Full door assembly [Restoration]

This is a video of how I reassembled a door for a Toyota Landcruiser this door was badly damaged before restoration. I have used mostly genuine Toyota parts, restored parts and some aftermarket parts to complete this job. I zinc plated the nuts, bolts and screws as well. The door will be hard to shut for a week or so till the rubber shapes to the door opening.

fantastic video. I've found on my HJ45, ventilating handles are chrome peeled off, and i don't know what to do..and the counterpart inside( shaft ) broke in right side, do you have any ideas if are possibility for repair or rechroming?

Hi that part is not available new anymore you will have to use used parts to fix it.

Hi again, I am nearly at the stage of putting my 40 back together. The question I have is, did you get new hardware or are the door catch and bolts things that you dipped in one of your other videos. Thanks.

Most of it is the original bits that I zinc plated.
