In this Magic Kingdom vlog, we awake in our Deluxe Studio (walk-in shower) room at Disney's Copper Creek Villas at Disney's Wilderness Lodge. I get to check out the resort during a beautiful morning sunrise, before Rachel and I get ready for a boat ride to the park.
Arriving at Magic Kingdom, we see the Dapper Dans riding aboard the Main Street U.S.A trolley, which gives me all the Disney feels! We then explore the Emporium to find Rachel a MagicBand+ for the trip. It's then on to ride the newest attraction at Walt Disney World: Tron Lightcycle Run! We also ride Big Thunder Mountain, The Haunted Mansion, Seven Dwarfs Mine Train and have lunch at Columbia Harbour House in Liberty Square.
Heading back to the resort, we start our resort tour at the front of Wilderness Lodge, checking out the lobby, pool, Boulder Ridge building, Geyser Point bar and grill and I share an overview of what purchasing a Disney Vacation Club contract on the resale market might cost and look like at Copper Creek Villas.*
For dinner, we enjoy Whispering Canyon Cafe, located in the lobby of Wilderness Lodge. In this, we find out why it's often referred to as the 'ketchup restaurant.' And we round up our evening roasting marshmallows over the campfire, before turning in for an early night.

Nothing makes me happier than watching Adam on Sunday! Years ago our son entered a rubber ducky race at that resort. His duck was in last then around the bend they all got stuck and his duck sailed through and he won. Such a fun thing for kids. We won an hour on the bay in a boat.

I’m 95% sure that’s a Beyond Meat sausage you very much enjoyed (and rightly so, they’re banging). You can get them in the U.K., albeit it at a bit of a cost - around £5 each, but they are pretty chunky!

Love seeing Adam’s videos. Makes me so happy. Wilderness Lodge is my home resort. In 2018, Dad & I had a room basically on a corner in the main lodge. We were facing MK, and could see the monorail going thru Contemporary as well as some of the HEA fireworks every night.

I can confirm that rooms facing the magic kingdom can see the fireworks. They took out a lot of trees to build the cabins making for a great view. I try to get standard view close to the lobby and have gotten the view over delivery area the last two times and could see the fireworks 💥 you can also see them from the dock and lakeside bar

Wilderness Lodge… have a look back at it, ideally from the water, but else by the geyser, and the architecture above the main lobby part of the building is designed as a bear! Ears, eyes, snout…. 😍
Boulder Ridge had my favorite rooms on property prior to the refurb. I’m staying in the new rooms next week and I’m hoping they stay my favorite ❤
We bought in 2010 at Bay Lake Tower, before children. Three children later it’s the best decision we ever made! It absolutely works for us. Cheaper than a caravan and way more years out of it!!

My family and I (5 guest total) did a Disney Staycation at Bolder Ridge! We had a 2-bedroom and it was gorgeous. So much space. It was amazing.

I have always wanted to stay at Wilderness Lodge, I am definitely going to have to head there on my next trip. I've rented points from DVC Rental Store multiple times and it has always been a wonderful experience.
I've stayed at Wilderness Lodge quite a few times now, and I'm missing it soo much seeing you stay there! The hotels I've enjoyed most at Disney are Wilderness Lodge, Beach Club and the Polynesian.
