The great Agnes Moorhead getting nailed in the kisser with a lemon meringue pie was just priceless and her reaction made it all the better.
Darren face when it hit Endora is like oh crap now I am for it. He knew he was for it.
This is by far...one of the most hilarious scenes in the entire series! Endora's reaction to getting hit in the face with a pie is EVERYTHING 🤣
This is one of my favorite episode. Elizabeth Montgomery was great at playing both parts.

Probably the most slapstick scene in the whole series. Of course one has to wonder why Endora simply didn’t zap herself back to perfection after the incident. Great seeing Agnes Moorehead, classy Shakespearean actress getting whacked! An all-around enjoyable episode!
There was the episode with Serena and Uncle Arthur when they lost their powers and had jobs making chocolat-covered bananas 🍌.
Yes, it was a stretch but fun. Why did Samantha run from Darrin, make the pie disappear, why did Endora walk into the dining room. But, it was still funny.

I like when Darrin learns that Serena was pretending to be Samantha & he didn't know that he threw a pie at his own wife & samantha throws a pie at Darrin to get back at him & I'm glad that Darrin & Samantha both threw a pie at endora & serena because they deserved it especially endora because she has tried so many times 2 break up her daughters marriage for once Darrin got revenge on his mother-in-law in bewitched season 4

The problem with pie in the face today is that instead of a treat to have afterward you just become covered in shaving cream.
I don't know how Elizabeth Montgomery is able to trow a cream pie to herself.

25th I must say that PIE hitting Endora looked like it actually Hurt...
That's probably why she didn't responds at all...
It did! There was a mix up and the real pie and pie plate was actually thrown at her. Note the recoil at the neck and the fact that due to the weight the filling and meringue fell quickly off her face. The others had been doctored to be lighter and fluffier both easier to take and longer lasting on the face. Her look of disgust is genuine but was actually directed at the prop man doing the throwing. Marvelous that she held it together and it was usable in the scene. It gives the whole scene its authenticity because these few seconds actually were!!
