? The foul led directly to the counter that was put in goal within 10 seconds. It's not as if play was going back and forth or up and down where the situation was negated. The foul created a clear advantageous situation and was rightfully disallowed.

What is a free ball,in the initial seemingly foul ,Napoli player clearly touched the ball first before having minimal contact on milik but the referee was unaware and gave an advantage but even at that the referee had allowed play to go on due to advantage that doesn’t mean you can foul your opponent (lobotka) and call it a free ball!
