    I just paid $13K for 72" w/ Kawi FX100. I LOVE the seat and ride quality. Cut my mowing time from 3.5 hours to 1 hr 20 minutes(that's with picking up sticks and moving targets out of the way)!! Was using a 2013 60" ZT Elite!

    I've had them all. Small ride on, garden tractors, zeros, tractor and rotary, etc. I bought the 22 Rebel (999 w/72in) APR22 as it is comparable to the Rogue just a few less items like drive suspension. It replaced my 2009 Kubota ZD331 of about 5200 hrs. . Here in FL. MAR-DEC I mow 7ac every other week then every week in the summer. Its done amazing. Sure my restored 1979 International (Cub) 682 w/Kohler 17hp and 50" deck will always be with me and outlast every mower and will be cheaper. And will still be there if I want to waste my entire weekend mowing at 4mph with no suspension and horrible turning radius. Always damaging a non fabricated deck with small spindles that wear out with todays heavy G6 blades. Not even comparable.

      😬🤯 check out Spartan lol they take a shit on every bad boy even there residential are better and I put my 4600 Spartan beside a $13,000 Kubota and Martin had six more commercial components you need to do some research man I would like to most overpriced b******* companies Spartans where it's at if you look them up you'll have all Spartans and not all bad boys

    I bought a new rogue last year. Mowed with it about 6 months and got rid of it, the deck wheels were notorious for scalping and the rotary height selector messed up a few times to where I started cutting at 3.5 hit some bumps and was then at another height, the deck is way to heavy and the foot pedal position and foreward control levels were always in the way ,so I couldn't take all the problems and sold it, the bad part is I had a badboy pup that I had for 15 years , it was a great mower, trouble free and I still have it and it has over 3000 trouble free hours. I use it still if one of my other zero turns has to go in the shop but overall the rogue was a big disappointment to me so I moved on.

    • @MikeJFlint
      @MikeJFlint Před 2 lety +2

      When looking at other mower brands, they mostly all have foot lifts. If you buy a good mower, they all have heavy decks. I would rather have a heavy commercial deck than a lighter (thinner) deck that wont last long. You could always get the electric lift deck. There are retro kits out there as well. The new Badboys, everything is adjustable. Yes I had my knees hitting the controls. After the adjustment of the seat, levers, foot rest, etc. I no longer have the issue. Plus the new mowers come with the foot deck lift extension. All in, this mower has more options and you get more for the money.

      @donm565 Před 2 lety +1

      @@MikeJFlint yes, they may have more options now, when I bought my rogue, they had just came out, they didn't have the foot pedal extension and the foreward controls had several adjustments foreward and back but mine was as high as it could go and your knees still hit the foreward controls, I took it to the dealer and they said there wasn't anything they could do . I have been running grasshoppers, hustlers, scag, exmarks for years and never had that issue ,I have never wore out a deck and have run many of them over 2500 hours , it's may be nice to have a heavy deck but I don't think it's necessary , I still use my old badboy Pup I bought over 15 years ago occasionally and with over 3000 hours it's been relatively trouble free except for belts oil and spindle bearings occasionally. So the rogue may be better now, but I was disappointed in it after having it and definately won't get another rogue.

      @@donm565 I moved my levers as high as they would go and the mid lever rotator adjusters forward one click and it stopped my knees hitting and I'm 6'. Completely agree that this seems to be an ongoing issue which they are have been listening and working to address. During my recent shopping, this had the most adjustable seating area. I as well have used JD, Husky, Kubota, and sat on my second option of an eXmark and didn't have this issue. The eXmark was about $3-4K more similarly optioned. But as stated I was limited to adjustability and liked a better lever positions. Looking at the lever height adjustment, I would encourage Bad Boy to look at 1, 2 and 3" lever height extenders. Could probably be made for not much. I have always heard great things about the pups. Looked lightly build but somehow remained solid.

    I expect this mower will last several seasons with decent care. czcams.com/users/postUgkx1VWTrayKBdCKAjzAcZ_Eg4dhHTae3LkN also recommend Also, I ran across the problem with it not starting the 2nd time I used it. There is a safety switch which is pushed in by the chute or mulching piece being attached to the deck. I took the cover off and it wouldn't start. Put it back on, no problem. It takes only a minute with 2 easily accessible wingnuts and no tools. This mower starts up first crank each time and it is a joy to use. It also mows in reverse by putting the key to the reverse area after starting and pushing in the triangular button. It will stay in reverse mode until you turn it off. All in all, for my homeowner needs, I really like this mower-and at 70 bucks a cut here in Miami, it's already more than 1/3 paid for itself in a month.

    These are all just out and out ads for the mower brand he wants to push on us. I haven't seen one of his comparison videos that didn't conclude the Bad Boy the winner. They may well be a great mower, but I value full disclosure. I'm leaning towards a Husqvarna commercial unit.

      As a mower repair business, you should just buy the Husqvarna stick on emblem. It is the best part of the over rated. Over priced mower. I have 3 in my junk pile. One has under 20 hours on it. Husqvarna would not stand behind the 3 year warranty sticker they put on it , at 8 months. . Screwing the pooch, it belonged to a dealer who no longer sells their product.. good luck.

    How can he never mention the terrible shrill screech when engaging the blades, the ridiculously loud exhaust, and overall poor vibration isolation on nearly all models? I get it, you're a salesmen, but sometimes some transparency makes the sale.

      I just replaced my Craftsman GT 3000 Kohler Command 23 that was still mowing but about worn out after 23 years of use. I replaced the belts 3 times and the spindles once. The only other thing that I replaced was the electric clutch. I bought a high end residential zero turn that gets the job done in half of the time as the tractor but doubt that it will last 23 years.

      Pffft! 🤣😂😅 you are easily fooled by politics. Electric is no way better than gas. Plus you do realize it takes more energy to make them and to run them. Look how much coal they are burning just to help charge electric vehicles! Not to mention after a electric vehicle batteries go dead they are well over $30,000. Plus be lucky they make it to 100,000 mile. No thank you!
