- While Russel is on vacation, Chase takes the opportunity to get some work done on Old Mac. Getting all the interior cleaned, dyed and reupholstered, Chase has brought some life back into this long bed squarebody!

I do alot of budget fixes and Tulip Colorshot vinyl and fabric dye has saved my a$$ more times than I care to count, you get it from Hobby Lobby and it's over in the Fabrics section, it's made for house interior like couches and chairs, which just means it's more durable because it stands up to daily use of hours upon hours upon hours of sitting, yeah it's a little more expensive because it comes in a smaller can but it's WELL worth it. Plus it comes in 23 colors plus there is a Semi-Gloss, Satin and Flat clear coat. Good Job on the headliner but I personally would have done the cow hyde on the headliner. I've used the Western texture vinylon several things, mainly headliners and door cards.
Nice job on headliner! If I could make a suggestion? Use fiberglass with mesh to repair the headliner fastner holes for more stable repair. You can also use filler with hardner to fill cracks in dash, then cover with fiberglass mesh. Then you can paint, or cover.

They make a flexable plastic filler that you can fill the cracks with then just dye over it.

I found that same pattern just in the tan I plan on using in my 80 k5 for the headliner side panels and maybe the dash

I really like what you did with the headliner looks really good! and that glue gun sprayer is a great tool to have definitely beats the $30 plus I can for the good glue that still only works half ass some of the time for the spray nozzle gets clogged up on it and you waste $20 worth anyways great video brother can't wait to see what that interior comes out like in the end I love that truck Old Mac is looking good I'm really liking the dually too newer subscriber here and I love c10s I've got one myself looks just like your shop truck same wheels too just a smaller version and no shell

the crusty video was better than this one lol so you used scotch brite to scuff the panels ….did you just use dawn dish soap or some other kind of decreaser ? is there a certain scotch brite pad you use , i see you have the grey ones i have the green which might be a bit to harsh on the plastics not sure….. did you use a clear?
Is that Russet Metallic and Santa Fe tan on Old Mac? I like that combo, that’s what I want to do on my K5 when the time comes.
Should had primed all plastics first. All my plastics came out pretty nice
