Just a tip for when you skateboard. It’s recommended that you don’t skateboard when it’s really wet or raining out because your board can get water logged which decreases the pop when you’re doing tricks. It can also wreck your bearings and you won’t be able to roll as well. Of course you can still ride in the rain I just wanted to give you a little heads up on what can happen. The video was amazing! Keep doing what you’re doing.

Your body has a circadian rhythm. That means doing things in a cycle for long enough that it turns into a routine. Yes you can go to sleep earlier or wake up earlier but you will still be tired because your body isn’t used to the routine

Tips for waking up earlier:
-put your alarm on your desk,not next to you
-everyday wake up 15 minutes earlier
-if you can’t wake up even after you turned off ur alarm,just sit up and start thinking
