We dive into the ins and outs of enlisted promotions, everything from how to earn points for the promotion board, where to see your current points and the importance of having a good evaluation.     So just to clarify I thought evals were gone? Or at least the guard promotion point system is now basically the same as Active duty, like for example the point limit for awards went from like 50 to 140 points.
