THERE IS NO REASON 20TH CENTURY BOYS SHOULD NOT HAVE AN ANIME IF PLUTO CAN GET ONE THEN SO CAN 20TH. I’m so happy to see fans rise up and make fan tributes and openings. I looked them up before and I was surprised nobody had made a fan opening for 20CB. But now things are looking great 👍
Currently on volume 7 of the perfect edition. I collected them all after reading the first volume, absolute masterpiece of Manga. Urasawa is easily one of my favourite Mangaka now.
The only good reason is it needs to get a *good* adaptation. If I've learned anything seeing tons of great and awful adaptations of my series, better late and awesome than rushing and having a bad adaptation, I'd argue it's worse to have an awful adaptation because that means it will never get the chance to be shown in a good light.
Pluto's a huge success. So I reckon a 20th Century Boys adaptation is plausible, they can easily milk it for 3 seasons at least (that's if it's adapted as 1 hour long OVA series)

I don't know who chooses which Manga shall be adapted to an anime ,anyway he is a Goodman damb man cause after all those years we still get no one about this masterpiece

That is if it even gets an anime, I could see a studio animating maybe the first 40-100 chapters ish but I’m not sure they would be up for the task to animate the flashbacks and the more confusing scenes.

now at this point all CZcams community who loves 20 century boys just collab and create the whole series... you made the opening, someone make the first 5min episode, next 5min episode someone else... all add up create the whole series and make a new trend
