The hyena wasn’t doing the warthogbany favors, it wanted a kill so it bit and scared the leopard, then realized the warthog wasn’t something it wanted to take on.
That's because Leopards are loner predators. If they are injured and Hyenas have a strong bite, they will be damaged and loose there ability to hunt and so starve to death. Better to give up the kill and get another
In a 1v1 there's a 50/50 chance for a Leopard to win. But the prb is leopard can't risk any injuries cuz as they r solo hunters and injury is just death sentence for them. Plus Hyena are very tough to fight off so basically not worth to take on.
