- This was the first ever dedicated live Healing House experience: a sonic body temple activation via mindfulness, breath (pranayama), somatics (ecstatic dance), and intentional vibration (Nada Brahma -- "God Is Sound") at the beautiful community space, moss venice. These practices, intuitively known as our birthright spiritual technology since ancient times, are only Now being understood in the realm of modern science as the underpinnings of not only our consciousness, but of the physical reality which filters down from that Source. Through alignment of our heart and mind, we become clear and equanimous, naturally resulting in the raising of our vibration. This is the path to the evolution of humanity from matter-based beings of the mind (homo sapiens) to our ascended state of 5D consciousness, Beings of Light (Homo Luminous).
