120g unsalted butter
70g powder sugar
1 egg yolk + egg white = 35g
200g cake flour
25g ground almonds
1g salt
1/2 lemon zest
■Lemon curd
3 egg yolks
60g granulated sugar
60ml lemon juice
2g gelatin
15ml water
■Topping
100ml heavy cream
15g sweet condensed milk
pistachio

桃の時は桃を貰ったとに、今回のレモンは友達にレモンのスイーツがいいと言われたとき。ヤバすぎる。

▷ Ingredientes:
Tarta:
0:14 Sal
0:45 120g de mantequilla sin sal
1:02 70g de azúcar glass
1:48 1 yema de huevo + clara de huevo = 35g
2:21 200g de harina de repostería
25g de almendras molidas
1g de sal
2:48 Ralladura de 1/2 limón
4:05 5mm de grosor
4:23 Refrigerar por 1 hora
4:44 Molde de 15cm de diámetro x 3cm
5:41 Refrigerar por 30 minutos
6:07 Precalentar el horno a 190°C y hornear or 15-20 minutos
6:31 Clara de huevo
6:43 Precalentar el horno a 190°C y hornear por 3-5 minutos
Cuajada de limón:
6:53 15 ml de agua + 2g de gelatina
7:29 3 yemas de huevo
60g de azúcar granulada
8:42 60ml de zumo de limón
9:07 60g de mantequilla sin sal
Ralladura de 1/2 limón
9:21 Fuego bajo
10:15 50-60°C
10:25 Gelatina
11:04 Refrigerar por 3 horas
11:11 Agua con hielo
■ Topping:
11:23 100ml de crema espesa/nata/crema de leche
15g de leche condensada dulce
12:25 Pistachos
