Almost at 2000km now and trying to spend every dry and not too cold (sw germany, too) day on it still ;) Already added a few minor visual mods to slightly emphasize the red aspect of the bike a bit while working on replacing the grey cover parts with black now as well as new levers...
This bike was made for this! Kawasaki needs to add cornering lamps and electronic suspension and bring an SE version for the Ninja 1000. Not everybody loves the Versys!
Got me a ginger ninja ™ 😉in late september and absolutely Iove it. Quickshifter works smooth like a charm... Downshifting doesn't feel that good to me because of the sudden rpm spike so I don't really use it, but I use upshifting quite often. Trying to force myself only to use it when I really want to shift up fast and shift manually when riding more relaxed.
How does this bike compare to your Tracer as far as seating position (leaned over like a supersport) & wind buffering on the highway? Any uncomfortable weight on your wrists after awhile?

It’s a good idea to break the bad habit of full hand clutch lever grip instead of 3 fingers and keeping 2 rolled on the grip at all times for safety

I will make a comparison video, when I find the time. But short answer, this one is imho much better than the Yamaha Tracer 900 GT.

This one is the more reasonable joice imho. The price of the Ninja 1000sx is also much better than the H2SX.
You can get two of these for the price of one H2.
