@@kyachdistent1301 Yeah I know it's his song, about his daughter if I remember well. I just really like the instrumentation in this one too. Btw they have a new album out, I guess you know :)
@@macabrecitrus2127Yeah, both seem to be in the same position of having had American ex-wives who keep the kids in the US! Oh, yes, the new album, it's lovely, aside from no Paul sung song again, and the awful fact they've short-changed us by not even including non-album song 'Tomorrow Is Today' on no physical accompanying product, even on the deluxe version, that comes with a CD single and a few other versions. I admit I missed the press on it at release, but learned of the new album when my sister brought back an 80s Pop Mag with Duran on the cover relating to their new release, and of course OMD's was on the same day. So generally all cool, mostly!
Similar in style and sound to 'Liberator' - only this is way more powerful, balanced and developed ... I really enjoy both the 'demo' and the final cut.
This is totally different. Actually totally different song. I like the final version much better even though it's on the cheesy side. OMD always makes it work.
The music production of this version is really amazingly beautiful in its own right ... the only little problem I have with it is the lyrics, its a little kind of sour, which feels a bit out of sync with the mood and feel of the music, Paul Humphreys's version have a much better lyrics that suits the mood of the song better ... I wish Paul sang on this version too, McCluskey's singing is really good though .. its just the lyrics here is not as good, and the song seems to be made more for Paul Humphreys's vocal, as it has a groove more in the style of Souvenir ..
Love OMD💗💗💗😘
Beautiful version!💖
I LOVE VERY MUCH omd always great song
This demo is awesome !! This is so different ! ...I don't know if I prefere this one or the final version; both are great :)
The final version! Because it's Paul's song to sing. Andy sings too much over Paul. Otherwise this is good as another song.

Magníficooooooo,👌👌👌👌👌👌🔝🔝🔝🔝🔝
I think I enjoy this one more, although the other one is much weepier and I do like a good weepy!! This one is much less 'Souvenir'-y as well.
Lindo cover....
Fantástico
a different treatment vers of stay with me,more intrusive and less atmospheric and more organic!
Melhores do mundo da música 👌👌👌👌👌👌 amoooooooo💙💙💙💫💙💫
There is a good demo of Helen Of Troy. I`ll get it on here tomorrow.
This almost sounds like a totally different song. I prefer the final version with Paul's melancholic voice and lyrics, though

I'm a bit boring with the album version of this song. This demo is so much better, fresher...
