I like it when she said I have customer service training. Wow! That is very good 👍 👏 👌. Ghana we luck customer services
Mukase chic, the passion cook . Feed the mouth of the hungry. With coloured beans and long grained rice, let the waakye lovers taste and see. Oh, what a great cook Jay chic is. With spicy sauce and added proteins eat your fill till you go belching and go burping.
Ghana food culture is interesting.. hope to visit Ghana and experience what this country has to offer...
Thanks Jasmine

❤️❤️
I love waaakye! I knew that I would like it before I tasted it, having grown up eating black eyed peas and rice (Hoppin' John). I am so glad to see Jaye using leaves to wrap her food. Does anyone know what was traditionally use to wrap banku and fufu. When I get it to go here in NYC, it's wrapped in plastic. Maybe it was just eaten as soon as it was made. Please let me know if you know!
I think it was eaten as soon as it was made xx
I'm 34 years now, and growing up, when banku was prepared it was immediately eaten among the entire family and some given to neighbour's especially living in a compound house, the remainder were stored in a bowl or food warmer and mostly eaten the following day. They weren't wrapped in plastics, it's almost a decade that I have seen people are wrapping them in plastics which is not healthy. I would rather wrap them in aluminium foil than plastic, a aunt in Italy always put them in aluminium foil and it keeps it warmer for a long time
Gm Jazz that looks good 👌🏾👌🏾👌🏾🤎🖤🤎🖤
