- Hi, Welcome back! Day 2, Sea Day, Disney Quiz, Celebration Night, Chef's Table Dinner & the best silent disco all in Day 2! A more relaxed day, but still packed with fun as we sailed up the east coast of England towards the Norwegian Fjords. A foggy, rainy day made for a very busy inside on Iona.
We ate breakfast in the Coral main dining room, looked at lunch at the Horizon Buffet before eating in the Pearl main dining room. Full review of the in room TV and what you can watch. Then got my Disco ball dress on ready for Celebration Night, we headed to the Horizon buffet for the Chef's table evening meal, which did not disappoint! Our evening was spent watching the Comedian Manual Martinez in Headliners Theatre, then the silent disco, a surprise hit for the end of the night. A very enjoyable day as we head up to Norway ready for Day 3 in Stavanger.

I’m a very very cold person, I found I was getting back on board and putting shorts on. I wore summer dresses every evening. You can control your room. But the ship is say was around 23-25c

When did you book chef table? 12:01am 2 weeks before or like 9am 2 weeks before or on the app when aboard, etc?
Thank you! Glad you’ve enjoyed it. It was meant to be 12:01 2 weeks before, but we got caught in the released early glitch so randomly got them about 3 weeks before. They’ve fixed that for now (at some point it looks like they’ll move to a 200 day before booking, that was the screen we saw in the glitch). We managed to book all but beach house which I then did at the 2 week mark. I did have to change a number of our bookings a few days before travel and there was plenty of availability still.

@@ExtremeRoamer we wished we had a bit more flexibility, you’ll see across the vlogs that we had to frequently rush from dinner to the headliners show. If we’d been able to just book on the day with full availability it would have been a lot more chilled.

Peppers aren't allergens
@@stokesy_SWFC yes they can be, it’s a nightshade allergy. All of the nightshade family I have problems with, Peppers is the worst one for me, probably because they are commonly used underripe in recipes. Not to be confused with peppercorns, totally different plant family.
