Interesting. We also chose FPV as they are lighter than other batteries. 24lb watersnake moves our tandem with plenty of speed. Unfortunately we can't use a pedal yak as the wife needs a new knee.

Pretty sure all electric motors have a level that's under 33ftlbs and we're all really responsible and wouldn't turn it up more than that
