I miss Rumble Seat. I live just south of Ithaca, and it was always an amazing day when I got up to the store. Man, that place was awesome!
We were just in Nashville last week and I bought that Collings OM from Gruhns. Pretty cool seeing you play it!

Just bought a '78 Tele in Feb when I was in town from Rumble Seat. Great "slept on" shop!
Me and my pals do this about every three months. We just pick a day and head down to Nashville and hit literally all the stores in this vid. We don't usually buy anything, it's just fun.

Cheers Zach just great thanks. I'll be going to the Arlington show again in October and then on to Nashville as I've not been there yet. I'm a gibby guy hunting for a cherry 330 so it'll be a good exploration tour for sure. All the best from NZ.

Holy cow how perfect, I’m planning my first trip to Nashville next month. Perfect!
Went to the Gruhn guitars back in 2009 when i visited America for the first time and i thought they were very unhelpful then i went to Carter guitars and i met him and his lovely wife and they couldn’t have been more welcoming stark contrast between the two stores needless to say i spent my money at carter and now when people here in Adelaide south Australia ask i can’t say enough good things about Carter Guitars to bad for gruhn cause all i say is they weren’t interested in me at all. I have bought Guitars from many places in the States but ill never shop at Gruhs crappy attitudes
Never been to Nashville before and these shops are a lot bigger and more welcoming than I imagined. I figured they were tiny with some curmudgeon behind the counter that would yell "Get out of here if you're not gonna buy anything!!", lol.

Ok ... well ... good lord. That was a whole lot to try to absorb. Easy for me to ask since I'm not the one editing the videos but I for darn sure would love some long form cuts... whatever the guy in GG was talking about in that vault room ... what you played at each place, including Carter's (drink) ... but I felt like I missed so much.. still super fun as Sonny Landreth would say as a lagniappe of what is to offer in N'Vegas
And .. those doggone Magnatones... oh my. Oh my. If Mythos has that trem in a pedal (and shame me if you do and I don't know)... boy ... yeah

Cool video, thanks for posting. If I had a genie granting me wishes - I couldn't imagine anything in the world that I think would be more fun than coming to Nashville with several million dollars in disposable income. Just to buy - primarily vintage - gear 🤩 I'd get a house down there to live from the weekend after Thanksgiving until the second week of May for indulging in gear, live music, mild winter temperatures and recording studios. Then I'd come back up here to S.E. Massachusetts to enjoy my gear spoils and to avoid the oppressive heat and humidity of Nashville summers 😅 🍻 Subbed!

They have headphone solutions to try stuff. Just have to ask and theyll set it up for ya!
Gibson Garage won't let you record audio? Would have liked to have heard the conversations about what you were showing instead of the overlaid music.

Everything was fine before we showed up. Especially after BBQ.
Why is it that in the entire Philadelphia area, we have NOTHING LIKE THESE AMAZING STORES??? We have the most lame Guitar Center and Sam Ash stores, and the rest are tiny, rinky dink music stores. You walk in and there are maybe, 5 decent guitars that you cannot even play. They are 20 feet up near the ceiling. And the store employees just stare, making you feel like you are bothering them.
