One thing I've learnt in life is never stay in an unhappy relationship for the sake of the child / children. I was with my ex for 7 years we had a daughter together and she sadly passed away at six days old and then my ex turned massively abusive. Me being the silly sausage I am thought another baby would help and change him, how wrong was I? He made my pregnancy and first couple of weeks as a new mother hell. The aduse continued. And I only stayed for the sake of my son, Archie I did not want him growing up in a broken home. But one day I got up and left, Rebuilt mine and archie's life, the ex didn't let me have anything so I literally left with only the clothes on our backs but nearly three years on, I'm so happy, I'm engaged etc saving for ivf as unfortunately me and my new partner has recently been diagnosed with Infertility but most importantly Archie is happy and thriving. He is an amazing little boy!! Children will pick up on unhappy parents and you can be equally amazing parents apart ❤️

Definitely more of these videos. It’s nice having some best friends that share their life experiences. I don’t feel like I’m so alone❤️ I was in a toxic relationship for nearly two years and it got worse when I first fell pregnant. I knew I had to be strong for my child. So I got the courage to leave after I was mentally and physically abused (sexually also). He is no longer in our life. I want everyone to know if you have been through any kind of horrible experience that you are not alone and there is people you can talk to. Things will get easier with time and you’ll learn to cope with what’s happened but you won’t forget. It’s so nice to be able to have a group of people to support each other ❤️

My ex was abusive and told me I would never find anybody better than him but he cheated on me with loads of women and I lived when him for a few months, he made me feel uncomfortable and everything towards the end of the relationship and I left him and packed my stuff and moved back home but he still would try and control me every single day and it took me one time to go nope and block him and I was single for 9months I was so scared to open up to anybody and trust was a biggest problem but now I’m engaged happy than I’ll ever be and things are looking up for me xxx

i love these type of videos. although i'm young at 22 i was in a 6 year relationship that ended earlier in the year. i was so blind to the act that my first love should be my only love because i didnt feel deserving of anyone else, i didnt feel like anyone could love me. it wasn't healthy and it wasn't a relationship i was the better version of myself in. it took a while for me to realise it. i became so self conscious, wasn't confident in the slightest and never took time for myself. my mental health was the worst in the last few years of that relationship and now that mi away from that i can really appreciate myself. i've still got so much of life to see and learn about. moral of my story is you are never trapped, you are never stuck, sometimes it takes you being selfish for once to realise what you deserve. It can hurt like hell and feel abnormal to a routine you've gotten used to. these past months of being single i've learnt so much, i'm definitely just at the start of my own journey but i know its about to be so beautiful. fortunately i have met someone new and i immediately felt so comfortable, it took me a while to get to this point with my ex but this guy just fits so right. he came into my life so unexpectedly but it makes so much sense. i haven't seen him a lot but it never feels there has been any time in the time we dont. we talk very often and it feels right. i wasnt looking for him and he just came into my life which i find crazy. im just living my life for whats great in the moment. i want to travel i want to experience life. im ready to be so independent and find out who i really am. sorry paragraph haha
