Depends on what you smoke really. Enough THC and you can actually develop temporary synesthesia (blending of the sense, ie tasting colors). Funny part is, someone who doesnt smoke it often is more likely to have these kinds of reactions, especially if the CBD content is low to nonexistent, compared to the THC. CBD mellows the effect of the THC, so when you remove it from the equation...things get weird.

You could say it's still accurate in the sense that people might say weird shit like "i can't feel my face" or "i can't find my hands" without it actually being true, simply because some people say weird shit for the sake of it when they're stoned. I've seen it happen lol
