    To soon for snow. Great videos. Like when you have the boys riding around with you and seeing them on the farm. That’s pretty cool. God bless

    Great vid, Piet. As a non farmer, I've often wondered how hard it was to replace those curtains. First time ever seeing that method of spreading manure instead of filling and dragging huge tankers behind.

    Hi Piet. Snow on the ground !!! Here in Montreal it is (36f) at 5pm, Wednesday evening. It will drop to (28f) with flurries over night. Down to (27f) by Sunday. We have been dusted a few times since Friday last. The farm looks to be ready for Winter now. Hope all is well out there.

    Incredible to see spreding manure this way nowadays How do they move the hoses towards the tractor all the time Pete? And how far from the source can they spread it for you?

      The tractor pulling the implement also pulls the hose back and forth. They also have an implement on another tractor they will use to move the hose if necessary. They can go as far as we want if they have the hose to reach it. They just add pumps the further we go. The furthest we've went is about 5 miles.

    Hiya Piet, ty for another interesting video. We got some unexpected snow last night ( just enough to cover the grass ), and freezing temps . Too early for us in NE rural Ohio, usually we some around Thanksgiving and or Christmas. How long the curtains last? Stay warm, be well stay safe.

      @pietvanbedaf-nddairyfarmer9047  Před 8 měsíci +1

      It depends on how well we take off them. We still have some original ones that are 14 years old. If we can get 10 years out of them, I'm satisfied.

      They had changed tractors that morning because one had a problem. They had set the GPS off a little by accident.
