Ordered a mirror and silicone sealant for my Volvo S60. Had to call after I didn't receive it after a week of waiting. They said it had been out of stock, but sent it the day I called. Despite the delay, I now have a functioning mirror again.

Ordered this mirror for my 2007 S80 from Ebay a month ago. Vendor sent wrong mirror then denied it. I mailed it back to them and what do you know? It never arrived. My bad. Didn't pay for tracking. ^&%$
Called Ray at Auto-glass.com. Ray walked me through the process which actually did matter, despite the fact that he has an excellent video on CZcams. Volvo used two different mirrors for the '07 S80. Ray caught that potential problem and I am happily back in business. BTW Ebay told me to lump it or in Ebay speak, they said, we have "sided with the vendor in this dispute". First time I got stiffed on an Internet transaction. Last time I buy stuff on Ebay.
Stick with Ray for Auto-glass. He's straight up. Call him if you have questions.

It you want Asian or Mexican product, then shop on Ebay. Remember most vendor's that sell there are reseller's. They have no Idea what they are selling nor do they care. Most of their orders go directly to the product manufacture or the clearing house. The amount of work they would have to do in this manner is click a REFUND button. Many don't know where it is. So yes. You can to the right place and are happy to help. Hey and We ARE ALSO FAR FROM PERFECT. But let me ask you, how many businesses on ebay or Amazon have contact phone numbers? Hey, but I do buy some product on Ebay myself. Printer ink. Hey, Brother printers manufacture their product in China, why shouldn't I.
Glad you had a good experience with Ray. We did not. We mailed the Ill fitting mirror back to him after he acknowledged with a RMA. He never issued a refund, and did not respond to our calls or emails. What a crook.
