That’s the reason Craig’s version of Bond is my favourite. This Bond is sensitive, vulnerable, not fully dependent on Q’s tech. Burning the "forgive me" note was perfect to signify his forgiveness. Craig may not have been the favorite of some. I think he portrayed Bond's emotions the best. Not cry me a river type, just the raw emotions from being hurt to raging angry. Setting and music contribute to great cinematography.

If you’ve ever read the original novels you’d have to agree that Craig captures Bond’s sense of melancholy better than any of the other Bonds with the possible exception of George Lazenby but he didn’t get much of a chance to show us what he could do as Bond.
