  • Welcome back to Get Out of Your Own Way with me, Aaron Velky!
Are you going through a major life transition and are plagued by self-doubt and overwhelmed? Then you’ll get a lot out of today's coaching session. This week, I’m sharing a coaching call I had with Chuck Robinson. Chuck is a prime example of someone wanting to go to the next level but is in their own way. In this session, we unpack the mental and emotional challenges that come with such a significant life transition.
Today, we'll explore several compelling themes:
    - The "speeding train" metaphor: I’ll discuss how to manage the daunting pace of success and the anxiety that often accompanies it.
    - Facing fears of failure and success: I’ll provide insights into how these fears can both hinder and motivate us and how to navigate them.
    - Strategic decision-making: I’ll share effective strategies for making pivotal life decisions with confidence.
    - Embracing entrepreneurship: Tips for transitioning from a side hustle to a main career focus.
This session is designed to give you practical advice and encouragement for facing similar challenges in your life. You'll see firsthand how I guide Chuck through these complex dynamics, emphasizing the psychological tools necessary for successful personal and professional development.

This video is a great resource for anyone who is feeling stuck or indecisive about pursuing their dreams. It's important to remember that fear is a normal part of the process, but it shouldn't hold you back. As Aaron says, focus on the small wins you've already had and take things one step at a time. You've got this!

Two things I would like to point out specifically about when Chuck was not happy with the outcome of the veins in the countertop. 1. It sounds like there is a bit of skill and art to this, you need to fail a few times to get better, but more importantly... 2. If you are eventually not going to be field technician doing this work, which I hope is your plan, then don't even worry about getting good at it. Train your people to be good at it and focus on getting better at working on your business.
