Damn that’s a clean mix. I’m going to start using a stereo imager. This is helpful.

A really great video, i always asked myself how you get your instruments in their right place. Panning and narrow the stereofield is a good starting Point. Thanks for talking about this. There are so many videos out on youtube, but nearly no one is talking about this. Great Content :)

best video I've seen on stereo imaging for a complete arrangement. I think most people understand mono/stereo and panning, but never use an imager to see exactly what producers like Nami etc are doing with their mix and how they are making rich sounding samples even though most of the sounds aren't actually wide.

All these vst instruments we use now are wayyyy too stereo. Layer too many of them, and you end up with a washed out mess. Using things like S1 here make a huge difference in mix focus and impact. Key tips not many mention, good work mate.

This is really sweet I appreciate you making this. One takeaway for me is varying the density of a reverb used on a sound to change the perceived distance of the sound. I’m definitely gonna play around with these concepts keep up the dope content!

nahhh you is tooooo sauced up, industry finna be mad 🔥 I heard bad things about the s1in regards to phasing but it seems to be good if you're not using it for widening but instead for placing things in a very specific spot

Just all depends on how you want the drums to sit in the mix, i wanted them to sit in the middle of the stereo field
