Cool build. And I love the fact that your son is always around to see his daddy working. Here's a lucky kid.
I saw this thing for sale in Bentonville. It took everything i had to not make the 2 hour trip and scoop it up. I LOVE this van!!
Looks good. We have this exact van and I'm definitely going to wrap my entire seat like you did. It prevents the kids from messing up that fuzzy backing.
Love the color! Need to delete those chrome bumpers and grill tho
Weldtec design bumpers. The best
@@JustMe-pl1tz my front bumper is actually from weldtec designs.. I personally had the worst possible 47k experience from Jeremy Johnson on my brand new 2017 at the time 3500 and he is the total opposite of a stand up honest business man I would never suggest anyone do business with Jeremy Johnson with weldtec designs.. if anyone does choose to give him your hard earned money. I would never pay him before you get to inspect and drive your van first. They are complete amateurs while portraying his business as the best in the van building industry. Not too take up too much more of your time but I’ll just name one, he drilled straight down through my wiring harness when installing my 4wd shifter on the floor and never even test drove my van before I payed 5 K to have it shipped back to me in NY in a enclosed car carrier after pocketing my 47K . Everything tied to wiring harness in my BN van at the time didn’t work, neither did 4wd work linkage was all wrong and kept clanking back into 2wd . There are other great van bumper builders out there just as good with fab or better
Great looking rig. Cool color for the raptor. I need that kind of roof rack. I'm building out a 2002 Dodge Ram Van B1500.
Love your van.
Im doing the same thing with my 99’ Express 3500 155”wb cargo van with the 7.4, im setting up the van itself to be the camper & im setting the van up for hotshot trucking to pull a 30’ flat bed trailer 🤘
Sounds awesome man!
Hell yea
Looks super sweet!!👍🏻👍🏻
Thanks!
My dude love it
This is the color I'm thinking of painting mine with the rhino paint
Nice! I’m happy with it so far
Love it!
Just for info. I welded two additional receivers on each side of my tow hitch so my 250 Kawasaki dual sport is well supported and doesn't wobble like a single receiver hitch would.
I’m looking into getting a van living in it, and traveling with my dirtbike. I like to see these so I can get an idea
Sounds like fun!
@@woodyfarmersbigjaunt you did a good job on it, and yeah man!
Good jooooob Sir
I'am Your Newest Subscriber Great Videos
Thanks! I really appreciate it
Not sure if I missed it somewhere in the video, but could you tell me if you're using any kind of lift, and what size tires?
Wow your van is so nice I love it . I just bought a 2018 Chevy express 2500 passenger van . 135” wheelbase with the one bench seat too. It has Goodyear wrangler durotrack tires on it. Of course it’s white. How much did it cost to ring line the hole van if u don’t mind me asking . The green looks really good and the woodwork on the inside looks awesome is it cedar? I like the rear lovers too very cool . I’m getting lots of ideas from your awesome van 👍👏🤟
Awesome, I got a quote from a big shop for 4.5-5k for the liner but I found a someone to do it for 3500 but the quality in the details is definitely not as good as it would have been if I spent the extra money, yeah the wood is just sanded cedar
..i like it ..😉
Thanks!
Excellent I love I love Avocados I want to do the same thing with bed liner product applied Cost approx? How log does it take? Will you be showing the adding shore power to the rig? Thanks
Thanks! I paid to have it done and it was 3200 but I got a couple other quotes for 4500 from the bigger shops. For the shore power I’m just putting in a plug on the exterior that will run to two power cords inside. To install if you just use a 2 inch hole saw and drill a hole then it bolts together.
What microwave is that? Is it good for anything?
What leveling kit did you have installed? Brand, price etc? Also, you’re running stock on the rims and tires? I have a 2005, 3500 Extended Wheelbase.
Here’s a link to the leveling kit www.amazon.com/Supreme-Suspensions-2003-2018-Express-Spacers/dp/B07CSW2P12/ref=mp_s_a_1_6?dchild=1&keywords=chevy+express+leveling+kit&qid=1618418991&sprefix=chevy+express+level&sr=8-6
The tires are 265/75/r16
Hope that helps. I also have links to most of the parts I used in the description of the video.
@@woodyfarmersbigjaunt thank you. Much appreciated! You just put a leveling kit in the front not the rear correct?
@@Dareall13Cd yeah just the front, you do have to trim some of the wheel well to not rub with that tire size but it’s pretty simple to do.
Beautiful van man! I’m working on getting one I hope what I do to it looks as good as yours
Pre built?
I like 😍😍😌
Absolutely love the look of this. What is the actual color of the Raptor liner?
Thanks! I just took a sample color to the shop and had them match it so that’s all I really know about the color.
I believe this van is for sale in McAlester, Ok right now
Cool looking,, van
Whats size is tires and rims ?
Hi ! very nice one ! would like to know where you originally found the roof rack ? Thx
Thanks, it’s a smittybilt rack I found online about 8 years ago. This is the 2nd van I’ve used it on. I think they’re much harder to find now so I’m not sure what your best bet is
I got the same van. Did you do a spindle lift or just the leveling kit in the front? Thanks man.
Read thru the comments and found the post and link for leveling kit. Peace bro.
I had to get rid of my big tires. They just rubbed too much under flex. I have a 2019 Chevy express 3500 just like yours, but I am having problems mounting the roof Rack I fabricated out of Extruded Aluminum. I dont feel like drilling into my van, but all the solutions I see on the internet are ugly and raise the roof rack a lot!. Any advice? I am almost giving up with that.
You probably wouldn’t be happy with the way I did it haha. I just drilled holes in the roof and mounted it with skateboard wheels under the rack for spacers, it worked well but I’m not super picky.
@@woodyfarmersbigjaunt yeah, not very keen on that idea, but last night I figured out something to do it. I used a combination of aluminium plate and extruded aluminium for the roof rack itself and today when I got to work on it I figured I could atatch some extra extruded aluminium on the outside of the rack to clamp on to it. I am still fabricating the thing. It will end up being 12 foot long, 5 feel wide (or as wide as the van allows it to be cuz it tapers towards the back) and it will look a lot like a prinsu rack, but the cost right now is around 700 usd (i pay premium prices just because I live in Mexico, probably it could be like 500 in the US). I will update when I finish so that anyone can use the info if they need to
cool van.
Where did you get the roof rack ?
What is the length and width ? Your van looks great !
Thanks, it’s a smittybilt defender rack, don’t remember the exact dimensions but it was the biggest one they make
Hello, any chance you can tell me where you guy the rear window outside cover?
www.sfxperformance.com/parts/AST2029.htm#prettyPhoto
If you use buy them you will want to buy some extra double sided mounting tape for them. Find the stickiest stuff you can and use it around the edges.
@@woodyfarmersbigjaunt thank you so much
Your van is 🔥🔥🔥 did you put spacers?
Thanks! It just has a 1.5 inch leveling kit.
Where can I buy overland van equipment like u have. Rims, bumpers, latter's, roof racks, etc?
Had to source from a bunch of different places. Local place did the leveling kit and wheels and tires. I have links to some stuff in the description that could help you out.
Was the bed Liner get painted or did it come in green ?
The liner it’s self is green.
Can you tell me where you got the rear window louvers? Great job BTW!!
Thanks!

@@woodyfarmersbigjaunt Kool is that how they mount with tape?
@@johnalloytoy yes
Is this the extended wheel base?
Yes it is
Where you get the seat blankets
Westpath.com
How did you install the ladder ?
Nuts and bolts into the roof rack then into the body of the van at the bottom
How much did it cost u to get that bed liner paint job?
3200
@@woodyfarmersbigjaunt Not bad at all, Looks great. Thanks for the reply
Starts at $6,500 in CA

How did you mount the roof rack?
Came here to ask this. He mentioned skateboard wheels, but I’d love to know what brackets bc most mounts I see are not low pro like his. Hopefully we get a reply!
It’s just skateboard wheels laid flat with bolts through the bearings bolted to the roof
Size of tires and wheels? Looks awesome, nice stance. 👍
Thanks! 265/75 R16
Weldtec design front and rear bumpers 👍 you wont regret it.
Wish I could afford them, I’d love to ditch the stock bumpers
I swear I saw this van in Indianapolis last year. If not, someone has majorly copied your design.
Sorry my recent comment should say rhino lining not ring
