  • When food production and distribution are left in the hands of a few monopolies, especially those with sinister agendas, then we have a reason to be concerned about the health and safety of our foods. Also, that the genetic makeup of food can be manipulated or altered using technology should not be seen merely as a technological advancement but also as a security risk, if used as a weapon against targeted populations.

Truth. I am glad this topic came up. I find I cannot eat the food here in US any longer. It makes me sick literally. I stopped eating vegetables, potatoes, flour. juices, certain meat, etc. Years ago I notice cabbage was not spoiling anymore no matter how long you have it. Organic is no longer organic because is treated to not have a scent and not spoil. Even bottled water is no good,

That sounds like a horror movie. You know you can import dry food from home to the US for your family's needs. If you are interested, let us know. We have a couple of friends who do organic food

thats why those labels are so tiny you cannot read

Exactly. the same thing they do to medicine labels. You get frustrated trying to read all the garbage they wrote that you don't get to read it. What has been done to this world is painful, but we have the collective power to undo these things. Supply is controlled by demand. This means that if more people stop buying their branded garbage, then the production and distribution will diminish. The ball is in all our courts.

Thank you so much for making these videos on food. Ive been on this journey for a couple of years now of cleaning my diet by growing my own organic food and everyone thinks Im crazy. But clearly, I am not alone.
I didn't have the science or any facts to back up my changing lifestyle but now I do because of all the work you have done on your videos. Thank you.
I need to get wheat out of my diet. It'll be hard but not impossible.

Thanks a lot for taking the bold step to take care of what you eat. Yes, it's hard to let go of wheat because its been incorporated too deep in our food, just like corn. My family and I are doing all to stop wheat and maize completely. So now we use pearl millet flour. cassava flour. amaranth flour and some of the other native African grains. Still experimenting on how they can blend well for our pastries including bread.

@@MsingiAfrikaTV Thanks for sharing the wheat alternatives, I will try some of those too.
Maize! 😩 what's wrong it? I'm growing my own organic maize. Do you have some information on maize that I can watch/ read?

@@redletterke6306 we just feel that maize has been so compromised that its even hard sometimes to know if what you are planting is no gmo. let me share a link for a video we did on lost grains of Africa. The video shows different indigenous grains you can incorporate into your diet. czcams.com/video/4piYnrOgb80/video.html
