Did this event after rotator cuff surgery... Found out quickly that I wasn't ready. I was able to complete the 59 miles but was suffering after 30 miles. Registered for the 95 miles race before taking a spill in July. I should've done like Phillipe and stayed indoors. 😀 Ready for GFNY Sebring 2023 🤞
Another great video, Thanks Alex!! Couple questions; did you have many tubeless flats on the ride and if so, how did you repair them?? Other question is , are you aware of any GF's in the area in February, since that is when I will be down in Orlando? Thanks Again.
Great questions. Curiously there were no tubeless that had to be repaired. If there were, we could plug the puncher or just throw in a tube. I think there are two GFS, one place you can check is caamevents.com

See your then!
it was amazing 🚴🚴🚴🚴
Thank you for helping me out with the filming part 🎥
Great Vid Alex.....what gearing would you recommend on the rear wheel? Is it mostly flat? Curious with the Florida winds.....
This course is completely flat but can be windy depending on the day. You should be ok with 11-28 or 11-30
Regino hero squad!!! Very inspirational!!!!
How was the recreational ride? Was the pace pretty fast?
It’s usually pretty chill
