First of all Duke(All KTMs) has a High compression engine, which means it is common for KTM engines to run pretty warmer than other engines. It is not an issue. Even if you suspect over heating. Common reasons for it,
1. Avoid radiator gaurd if you predominently use in city and highway.To improve air flow to radiator. 2. Run the engine in its optimum RPM 4k to 7.5k where the engine is refined. 3.Dont take these drastic step forward, KTM's are prone to coolant seal failure. It is not advisable manure such delegates parts.

Replace the conventional green coolant with Engine Ice. It makes a WORLD of difference.

knocking sound wont come when its cold and you rev it but when it heats a bit then it makes the knocking sound when revved correct?
My ns200 shuts off during ride and Starts after 45 min
Try Doing These
1. This problem comes when you get water in your Bike's Petrol Tank.
2. Change Your Petrol Filter - Rs.95
3. Clean Your Carburetor - Rs.200
4. Buy Petrol Cleaner bottle and use as mentioned on the Bottle - Rs.150

One of your relay is not working. If still this happens then check your coil plate that generates power for the battery.

Relays are present behind the tank cover. Check thoose or you can pull the back seat and check on the left side (Side Stand Side) under the covel these relays are present.

Okay so,change the coolant and opt for something Like engine ice..secondly check the radiator,if the radiator is dampened by dirt clean it ...third change the fans and opt for dual fan setup(you can watch multiple videos online for that matter)..Also opt for synthetic engine oil and voila!

@@umeshpatil3174 bottle* it's the container, if you have had opened your coolant case when the engine was still hot there would've been a good chance that the coolant expanded and came out. If it was cool and it still dripped down..then there must be any leakage which is causing this issue,try getting the bike to a service centre and then see if they would resolve the issue

How many years once change
Sbse pehle th apni bike ka Thermostat check krwalena or radiator bhi. Tbhi Head gasket change krwana warna ye issue br br ata rhega. Heat jaise hi hogi gaadi fir se gasket leak hojaegi. Isliye apni bike ka thermostat, heat sensor, radiator sb check krwalena. Main reasons yehi hote hai.

EasyWay Hacks its not turning green but the coolant reservoir gets empty every 100 km. There are no visible leaks. And now the engine also misfires after going 100m
Lovleen Bhalla Check The Small glass which is present on the clutch side. if there is no sign of Smoky or greenish oil. Then it is possible That Your Thermostat wall is Faulty.
