      I adore this channel... this story was wild and very tragic... so much footage and its chilling u can practically feel their fear... kinda shocked i have never heard this story till now...first video i saw on TC was the case of the whitehead twins and it creeped me out...also someone commented the narrators lovely voice sounds a little like sansa stark and its so true...this channel is respectful and thorough with their research... no tacky commentary either (some channels are annoying to watch cuz if its a story u are unfamiliar with its hard to listen to their endless opinions and even hear sick jokes about it,,..,its so cringey and some channels they go on and on and on as if they are experts in crime scene analysis it gets to be rather annoying and repetitive especially the chicks that have their hair done and heavy makeup as if they are auditioning for a reality show just so much talking one channel i saw the girl talked for 3 hours lol they could talk a valium to sleep lol i wanna hear the crime story, see a few pictures, and i love the clips of the actual interrogation and court clips/trial footage.. truly criminal is probably the best true crime channel there is... and that chapter he is really good too (hehe they are both same letters abbreviation T.C.)

      So my dad taught me at a young age, first thing you do in any public space is identify every exit. Obviously this tip is useful for a fire or many other emergencies, but I was taught it in the context of shootings.

    I am an avid subscriber and a bit thrilled to have this featured on your channel. I live in the community beside Resorts World Manila. I remember this like it was yesterday. We were having drinks on the streets of Villamor, Pasay(where RWM is located) when all of a sudden, gunshots were fired. At first, we didn't think it was that serious. But more gunshots were fired and then it was on the news already. They said, Carlos killed himself inside a room in Maxims. However, people were asking if it was really him because the news coverage about the body that was found wasn't that clear and elaborate.
    A guy I knew wasn't supposed to go to work that night but he was called in to replace someone. It was his daughter's birthday the next day. Sadly, he suffocated to his death that night. 😢
    It was a very tragic event. Also... I still live here. Thank you for featuring this.

      I used to work as a casino dealer and half of it is muscle memory (out of habit, I still show my hand when I’m a player on a table sometimes - it’s been years!!). I suspect it is because he was stunned and didn’t know how to react for a few seconds - in moments like that, your body resort to doing only things it knows to be true and correct. Kind of like when someone stands still in the face of death for a few moments before really reacting appropriately. Or he’s just the most responsible casino dealer ever 🤣

      @@vnmeister9418 hehe i even said wow now thats a loyal worker! i use to have pretty bad OCD my rituals couldn't be stopped by anything even if there was a fire or earthquake it wouldn't stop me..in fact sudden stress and fear makes it worse... luckily i cured myself over time cuz it took over my life. You'd think the fear alone would be enough for fight or flight response i find it interesting the things people will do during a dangerous situation.. its not like a false alarm they heard gunshots and saw people running i'd be like fuck the chips and table its not worth it (and it was one iof the tables lit on fire) cuz those few extra seconds can make a difference if the killer is around the corner. But our minds don't really work the way we want it to we react first and theres not much time for logic or thinking.. but at least the one thing as far as survival u would think you'd just drop what u are doing and run.. I was at walmart late at night once and my friend and i were getting into our car to leave and a few seconds before that i heard yelling and cussing and i had no idea who was doing it. I started getting in the passenger side and I saw this huge crazy guy charging at me ..he was headed straight for me and he was 1 second and a few inches from getting me but my body reacted before I could even think and process what the hell just happened. I not only shut the door in time but also locked it.. he was yelling swearing and pounding on the door. My friend drove around the parking lot and and she decided to get out and she got walmart security.. the guy was Methed out and super paranoid apparently he was in that car in the backseat blocking our car and my friend was a loud and rude person and as we were walking to the car she shouted why are they blocking my car and apparently this really upset him. I did remember seeing someone flinging themselves back and forth in the backseat and freaking out. Why he charged at me was crazy cuz i didn't do anything. Anyway it was a dangerous area of town lots of crime lots of people out and about up to no good and on drugs. I was just surprised how quickly I reacted in the nick of time cuz he wanted to hurt me and his rage alone and if he was on PCP he would have killed me easily. I was even on crutches at the time and i was super small. Its amazing how we become ninjas all of a sudden when theres a threat of danger lol

    Well, that's one way of overcoming a gambling addiction...
    Seriously, this is an amazing tale which you've documented and explained quite well. In a way, this reminds me of the Las Vegas shooter who fired into a music concert from a high-up casino hotel room. Police have never explained fully why the shooter did what he did other than he obviously wanted to die in a blaze of violence and mayhem. As with most spree killers, there seems to be an urge to punish "society" or an organization they believe had wronged them. Often the anger is irrational and ill-founded, demonstrating an inability to cope with reality or tortured by evil thoughts. You can look at the Columbine shooters who added arson to their mayhem. I wonder what the two women who were in the elevator with him thought as he got in with them? Very tragic.

    • @Kisha_can
      @Kisha_can Před 2 lety +2

I do wonder where he got all of his money/assets… the finance department let him go for the discrepancy between earnings and assets but didn’t sus him out??? Also, apparently gun laws are fairly lax in the Philippines (stricter than most of USA- which isn’t saying much- but people can conceal carry and own semi-autos ) plus this dude was a multimillionaire Im sure he could get illegal weapons. I’m curious to know if his weapon was legally owned
