  • Often times I find odd cookware in thrift stores and I get inspired to make cooksets that I never dreamed of before nor do I need. Lol. I found this pot and lid years ago but never knew what to do with it until I pictured it as a hanging smoker! I also do a Tag response to Denali Down Souths video on "Where I Want To Learn For The Weekend" video.

    Hello Dave
Thank you for taking the time to share this kinda life with your son, I wish that my Dad would have spent time with me like you do your son. All of the memories that you are helping build with Nick, are irreplaceable my friend. He will pass it down to his children and tell them this is from your grandfather and show them the love you are showing him. Another great video... I hope to talk to you soon and my prayers are with all of you, God Bless...

Dave, always a pleasure when you and your son are working together on these videos. I very much enjoy your content, but I have to also admit that I really appreciate the father/son content! I think it is so very important that you and your boy are able to show a healthy, and obviously loving relationship, especially in today's world. I wish there was much more content on CZcams that so effortlessly incorporates these values.
To this end, I'd also love to give a shout out to Nick and express to him that his presence and participation on the channel is a wonderful addition to these videos. I very truly hope you, Nick, follow in your father's footsteps and continue to work beside your dad on these video projects.

Hope there were no upset stomach’s. 🤣 Going to be a while before I can send off some coffee to you Dave, as there’s hold ups across the world right now. Hey Dave and Nick, what a great design on the smoker Dave, those wings looked fantastic! have to stop drooling.. I'll have to look for something like that next time I go to the Salvation Army store. You should give Michigan a try, not as far as Canada or Alaska. Several years ago it got to -40 below. My first winter campout with a buddy of mine, it was -17 below zero. I'm going hot tenting next weekend. The first night is supposed to be 29 degrees Fahrenheit , should be nice and cozy with the stove. Take care guys, ATB.👍🍗
