In my opinion these are extremely difficult to remember at the time of doing the speaking test. I would prefer to sound more natural and to do not confuse myself with these words. Hopefully I can get a high band.

If you live in a big city, you can check out some expat groups.
Yeah, use a wide range of vocabulary and use it correctly and naturally are very important. This is also one of the keys to Speaking 8.5 for me!
